We spent three very pleasant days in Felicita's accommodation, and we appreciated her friendliness, cordiality and kindness, she made us find everything we needed for breakfast coffee, milk, jam, rusks etc. The right apartment for two people, it was clean and tidy and is in a great location. I recommend to those who want to visit Spoleto and its surroundings to stay at Felicita's, we had a very positive experience.

Spacious, comfortable house in a very quiet area. Swimming pool with outdoor seating area overlooking forest and mountains. Hostess Sabrina is very warm, communicative and gives plenty of useful tips. The house is a 10-minute drive from Spoleto, a real gem. Recommended!

Nice apartment in a historic building 200 meters from the Duomo di Spoleto. Very pleasant views of the city and the ancient walls of Spoleto. Functional kitchen and well stocked with everything you need, comfortable apartment. Very close to the Cathedral of Spoleto and the main places of historical artistic interest.
