Townhome vacation rentals in Valencia

We had a great stay in Pilar's place. It had everything we needed as a group of 7 - en-suite in every bathroom, well stocked kitchen amenities, and a great pool area. Location was perfect too, right next to the beach, supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. I think the pictures don't do it justice, it's much more spacious insight than we expected. Would highly recommend for any groups wanting to stay in Valencia.

The time we spent in this house was a wonderful experience, mainly because we had a garage for our car and facilitated the transport of the bags. We have an air-conditioned house with an extraordinary view of a Castillo del Puig, with new equipment that facilitates family or group travel. The property of some stairs, however, is worth it and I highly recommend staying in this house.... If we have conditions we will return!!!

Diana's house is beautiful, 4 bedrooms, two of which are couch beds. lots of small balconies and a lovely walled in yard with table and chairs. One minute walk to fabulous long beach . We has a great stay.

Chris's place was as described. We enjoyed its location close to Valencia airport (40 min), the quiet area and the fact that we can walk to the beach. Chris was taking great care so we didn't miss anything. A few gourmet surprises were waiting for us when we arrived. It was nice! We would recommend Chris's place!

We were allowed to use this private paradise for 10 days. From the beautiful garden with various seating areas with top furniture, to the more than complete furnishings... the house exudes tranquility, coziness and love for detail. Well-equipped kitchen, lots of small inventory for cooking (if you want). Excellent bathroom, and large bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Wonderful beds and if desired extra duvets for the colder nights. And as a highlight, a lounge bed on the roof terrace. Everything super clean and cared for. Isabel is a top host and was ready for unexpected matters, but was already proactive with tips and advice. Thank you for this great base for our wonderful holiday in Sagunto, see you soon!

Carlos is a present and considerate host. He tried to please us in every way. The house is perfect, clean and tidy. There's nothing missing. It was very hot given the season and the particular historical moment, but at home between air conditioning and fan it was quite good. Maybe the master bedroom was a little warmer. We absolutely recommend this house for what we have said and also because it is quiet, in a nice neighborhood and is strategic to go to the sea and to visit nearby Valencia.

The place is pretty much perfect. Everything clean, tidy, comfortable, functional…. The surroundings are very quiet, although the beach is not suitable to enjoy the sand, because there is no, it is true that it is very quiet and spacious. It is also glued to the house. We will definitely repeat because everything has been facilitated , both to arrive and to leave the house. A 10

The perfect place to relax. Great pool on the premises. The kitchen is well-stocked, great contact with the owner. A pebble beach right next to it, you have to drive to the sandy beach. The car will be very useful because it is quite a short walk to larger shops or restaurants. The plaza next door is a nudist beach, so it's interesting with kids;) Overall, we recommend :)

Fabulous home with amazing ocean views. A very nice welcome from the hosts who have been waiting whenever we have needed them. The house is fully equipped and very clean. A quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view in a peaceful setting. The apartment was very clean, and the outdoor kitchen was a great bonus. The host was very friendly and helpful. As a family, we found several clean and beautiful beaches nearby. A car is essential to fully enjoy the area

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely fantastic—just a 2–3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, which made our mornings and evenings extra special. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together. The house has 5 bedrooms, which worked well for our group. While the rooms are more compact than expected, they’re comfortable and functional. It’s worth noting that the house is best suited for around 6 adults with kids, as space can feel a bit tight for larger groups. Some small quirks like a few windows that didn’t open/close easily and occasional pauses in the air conditioning didn’t affect our overall experience much. Also, there is private parking available—which is a great plus—though it took us a bit to figure it out as there were no clear instructions. Overall, it’s a cozy place in an unbeatable location. If you’re not expecting a huge villa and are okay with a more compact setup, it’s a great choice for a beachside

Monika is a really nice host. She was always attentive to everything. The apartment is impeccable and comes with everything that is necessary. We had an amazing time.

The house was ready, all kinds of services inside it, phenomenal cleanliness, amazing views, the pool despite being communal we were alone. Raquel was facilitated, very good and helpful.

The house is as listed, amazing views right onto the beach. A lovely walk along the beach front. Mary was very helpful and responsive, giving lots of info on the area etc. The house is approx 30mins by car from Valencia City / airport, I would recommend having a car as the area can be quiet, especially in low season. Even though we had a car, we still took the bus into Valencia City on one of the days, it was approx 15mins walk to the bus and then 50mins on the bus. It was cheap and a nice journey through smaller towns, even our small children enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in the area, again a car would make it easier to see around but there seems to be good bus links. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We felt very safe and at home throughout our stay.

It was an excellent accommodation and excellent service.

A lovely terrace full of character and reflective of the beautiful architecture of the El Cabanyal area. Loved the floor tiling and styling of the apartment. We really enjoyed staying in this neighbourhood, as opposed to the old town which is very busy. Was so relaxed and we felt like locals. Had a great meal at the nearby Anyora - highly recommend!

Isabel's place is fantastic!! It is as described in the advertisement, the area is very quiet and the beach is just a few meters away. Isabel was very kind.

Great place to stay, a lot of place and very comfortable. For those who are traveling by car - near the house is a huge free parking, not a problem to find a place at any moment

perfect little place to stay to explore valencia, and so close to the beach. we enjoyed all the Easter festivities that were so close. Laura was very quick to respond to messages.

We spent a few days in this pretty house and our stay was very nice. The accommodation is close to the beach, a supermarket and 10/15 min drive from Valencia. Our host welcomed us with small gifts (water, kinder eggs for the children for Easter) which was much appreciated. The place had everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us, we'll keep in touch in case we come back this way. 😉

A very nice place for a few days or weeks for an amazing price. Two bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, ac and everything you need.

we met as a family for a week in this accommodation, totally recommended, the house was great, the cleaning, kitchen etc. Location near the beach, the great pool area, we loved everyone, Juan a very kind host and attentive to everything that was told answering to the minute, apart from super detail , surely we will contact him again on next getaways, ahh and also allow pets without problems👍
