Vacation rentals with beach access in Valencia

Great stay, great location, everything actually as described. I would be happy to recommend Ruben as a host as well as his apartment. The direct beach location is super convenient, shopping is within walking distance, so you don't actually need a car on site. There is also an underground parking space (the driveway is a bit narrow, but this was also already communicated or known in the description) is also available and is more certainly very useful in the high season. We were happy with our choice. Friendly hosts, clean, cozy apartment, has everything you need, as described. Beautiful beach 5 minutes away from the house, large supermarket nearby.

We stayed at this B&B in Cullera and the experience was excellent. The apartment was impeccably clean, everything was very new and cared for in detail. The location is unbeatable, one step away from the beach and the promenade. The house was equipped with everything you need, both in terms of utensils and basics (salt, oil, coffee, etc.), which is very much appreciated. In addition, the towels, sheets and the house smelled great, which shows the attention to cleanliness and comfort. We were very comfortable, it is definitely a place we would go back to. Highly recommended.

Ambrosio's apartment is very nice. A few hundred meters from Patacona beach. 25-30 minutes by bike (or bus) to the center of Valencia. Flat has a balcony where you can eat and drink with 4 at the table. The balcony on the 2nd floor is on a large square where children play and a nice football field next to it. Only a side note about the pool at the apartment; they want peace and quiet - no running, jumping, no balls, chairs and attributes allowed, so unsuitable for our children. Fortunately, the sea is close by. Antonio responds quickly and is very helpful. A nice base near the sea and beach to explore Valencia!

My partner and I really liked the apartment. It is in a very good area, close to the promenade, with easy parking. It also had all the equipment, including toiletries such as gel, cream, etc. and what we liked the most: a box with mini-games to spend a pleasant time on the terrace. For us, 10!

We had a great 5 days, quiet area, right on the beach , everything as described in the listing ... Beatriz very pending , we solved the few doubts that arose . We'll be back for sure.

The apartment was as described, very happy with my booking.

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

We love this place - we stayed for a month in 2023, and liked it so much we came back! Lovely location near the beach, lovely area itself, lovely house 😃

We had a very good time in the airbnb:) Rocío did a great job with the apartment, and the back terrace is amazing — perfect for sunbathing! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, so the location is excellent.

The place is great for your visit to Valencia. Walkable everywhere, and if you are not in the mood, there are buses&taxis right around the corner. Place is clean, comfortable, and Paloma the host is absolutely fantastic, great communication and all her recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely come back!

Not only does the description match 100%, but the stay was also very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended where to eat, how to get around, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

At Rosana's, you can feel good! Everything was perfect for our family holiday. The apartment is beautiful, the modern kitchen there is space as on the large terrace with the little extra! The podium with sea view (ideal for morning coffee or a few aperitif beers). A door separates us from the beach is great! There is a very chill & surf atmosphere. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the easy house To be repeated without hesitating

Jose’s place was comfortable and clean. Local places to shop, eat and drink. Bus stops literally around the corner, we used the buses every day to get everywhere no problem, 25 minutes to old town. The only negative we have is if you have had a long sightseeing day and you want to sleep past 8am, next door is a cafe/bar and they open their shutters at 8am and it starts getting a bit loud, unless your a really deep sleeper it won’t affect you.

Eugénia is very welcoming, she allowed us to access the accommodation before check-in time. The apartment is very well equipped and nicely decorated and the neighborhood is peaceful with plenty of good restaurants and the beach, everything is within walking distance. free parking on the street or nearby side streets. very nice stay. thanks for everything

Second year in Claudio's apartment and enchanted!!! We find everything the same or better, very good area, unbeatable pool, nearby beach and clean apartment with everything you need and with Mady as always super helpful and a charm, we will continue to see you!!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was comfortable and Angel was a proactive and helpful host. Really close to the beach and by bus or bike not far from the center

He was always available, extremely helpful, and gave us lots of great recommendations on what to see and do in Valencia. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
