Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Valencia

Ilaria’s homey apartment was a wonderful base for a family trip to Valencia. A nice 15 minute walk from the old city, the area is a really authentic feeling slice of Valencia, full of small shops, playgrounds, and some nice, very un-touristy restaurants. The apartment building is full of quiet families and friendly, older residents, the apartment itself is very clean and as advertised. Ilaria was a helpful and responsive host. For the very reasonable price, we thought this was excellent value and would recommend to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable and local experience of the city….

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment, walking distance to the beach, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants near by. Supermarkets close by as well. Easy public transport links into the city centre. The apartment is really well-equipped, and well-maintained. Communication with Olga was timely and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Valencia right by the beach!

Apartment in the center, great location near the Serrans Towers, Carmen, the Cathedral and the Giardino del Turia. For two people it is fine and is equipped with all amenities, the shower is very spacious, the air conditioning cools and heats up in a short time. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels, the hairdryer, etc... Maybe the only “flaw” was the noises on the street but nothing of that. Great experience and stay!

Spotless apartment, very well located spacious, close to lockers to drop off the suitcases and arrive at night. We loved it.

Stay went very well with a good location next to the beach

Great accommodation. There were 7 of us and the apartment is comfortable for everyone. 2 bathrooms. Also required a change of towels at no extra charge because they did not dry. The only thing is that after 5 showers the water was cold... If it happens to you, report it immediately. The host told us he could adjust the water heater. Unfortunately, we were not immediately responsive. Great amenities.

Great little airbnb for the weekend! We spent Las Fallas weekend here & was a perfect base. 10 minute walk to beach & 5 minute walk to the Tram. No window in apartment which can cause it to be a bit stuffy - as don’t want to leave door ajar for people to look in when we are in the apartment. All in all would stay again

Everything was perfect! Super close to the beach 🏖️ The apartment was very clean and well equipped and Espe was very welcoming and communicative :) Would absolutely recommend staying here ✨

I had a great time at Fabiana's place. The room was quite small but with a balcony and a fantastic view of the sea and the sunrise. I can only recommend it.

As an 'expert' traveler on Airbnb, it's already my second time choosing Fabiana's place. There will be a reason, right? :) If you're thinking 'it looks nice, but it's far from the city', know this: 1. there are two bus lines that take you to Valencia in 20 minutes. In 30 minutes you are in the middle of downtown 2. the building is surrounded by a beautiful natural park. A true hidden gem

Had an incredible stay at this apartment! Was super clean and perfectly matched the photos. Also a great location, easy to get into the city centre or the outskirts of Valencia. Host was lovely and very welcoming.
