I had a fantastic stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless. The location was perfect – close to beach. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

Because of Dana's sake, we were only able to reach our location for two days. Belen has stayed in touch with us throughout the time. She was very understanding, first for the fact that we couldn't get there in time because of being in traffic, even though we didn't know why at the time, neither did Belen. She stayed very quiet all the time and constantly put us at ease. The reassuring words and the fact that we didn't have to take care of our late arrival has always remained, even after it became clear why we were stuck in traffic and could only get to our destination after two days. Given the situation, these reassurance from Belen were always a comfort. Mercie Belen to take such good care of us. She also allowed us to catch up with the lost two days, but we didn't choose that ourselves. It says everything about her hospitality. There was no criticisms of the apartment. We could unwind there. We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Marta a great host with good communication. The accommodation faithful to the description and photos. Next to a supermarket and 7 min walk to the beach of Canet and the promenade area with restaurants.

Very pleasant and bright accommodation. The bedding is really comfortable which is perfect for relaxing . The apartment has a lot of dishes and is very well equipped for cooking. It's lovely . If you are a foreigner there is a connected TV and wifi . The accommodation is 13 min from the Valencia sailing club so very easy to access via the expressway . There is a bus downstairs that goes to Valencia if you don't want to take your car . There is the possibility of parking a 5 min walk safely and even with a large car . There are 2 quality supermarkets 2min walk from the apartment, it's very very convenient. Laura is very responsive to any questions

Great host and a beautiful view

The apartment has everything you need for a relaxed homelike feel. The concierge is a bonus, he is quite helpful and friendly. The location gives residents a sense of what daily life is like in Valencia, while it is close enough to walk to most historic places of interest. The proximity to transportation, gyms, markets, restaurants, and services is ideal. Jose is proactive and responsive making my stay comfortable.

Konstantin was a friendly host who was always in perfect communication, before and during our stay. Apartment was clean and well-maintained, and in a convenient location, right across from the mercado central. Only needed to use the metro, 15 minutes walk away, to get to and from the airport. Beware if you are visiting during the Fallas celebration. The fireworks, firecrackers, explosions, and partying were very loud outside, into early hours of the morning during our stay that was during Fallas. The plaza area outside the mercado central was a destination for Fallas celebrants and there was also a music stage installed for some of the nights of the event. Thankfully, the loud music ended at 22:30 on the nights the stage was active. The firecrackers, fireworks, explosions, and partying however would sometimes go on until 2 or 3am or later. Never got a good night's sleep. This is not to fault the host. Just the reality of Fallas and the apartment location.

Everything was great. The apartment is small, but stylish and equipped with everything (from laundry detergent to cooking oil). Well located, close to the beach, restaurants and children's parks. It is on the ground floor and there are no stairs at all, which was great, considering the stroller, the bike and the children. There is also an area outside to dine or smokers. I was most excited about the attitude of the owner, who allowed us an unexpected late check out, 5 PM, we having the flight in the evening. Thanks again!

An absolutely fantastic experience that exceeded all expectations. Tatiana was an amazing host that was extremely attentive and friendly. Response times were immediate and thoroughness was exemplary. The space itself met every need and then some, they even provided bikes to get around!! Plus we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The location to the beach couldn’t have been closer, literally a 10 second walk and by the way was an absolutely stunning beach. The proximity to restaurants and the city, especially with the bikes they provided was close as well Overall, we can’t say enough about our stay, highly recommend to anyone as it was the best stay over our 10 days in Spain. The apartment was right on the beach! A beautiful view to spend the day with. Easy access to a number of bus lines to the city, a full grocery store right around the corner, and lots of dining options made a perfect location even better. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Oversized sized bath towels, and cozy bed linens were a treat. A full kitchen with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher made evenings at home a breeze. Washer/dryer unit made packing for home much neater! We wished we had booked for longer!

We only stayed a few hours, but they were hours we desperately needed to relax and rest, and it gave us just that. Pepe was at hand at all times, very helpful and responsive and handled our check-in quickly and efficiently over the phone. The place was lovely and I wish we could have stayed another day, our dog loved it too!

We were very happy with our stay in Fabrizio's apartment. You were very attentive and patient with our requests. The apartment met all our expectations, very well equipped,clean and comfortable. The area where it is located is very beautiful and relatively close to the points of interest and very close to the beach. Also in the area there are many bars and debris and supermarkets to do the necessary shopping. 100% recommended. Definitely if we had to go back, we would repeat!

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment. The bed was comfortable. Close to the beach & restaurants & grocery stores. It was a relaxing short stay, longer would have been better. Highly recommend!

Frank’s apartment is fantastic. 2 comfy beds, a huge couch in the living room, 2 bathrooms and a lot of storage area. It’s conveniently located just 5 minutes from the City of Science, 10 minutes from the Oceanographic, and 5–6 minutes from Gulliver Park, with several bus stations nearby for easy transportation. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and plenty of coffee pads. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, as we packed light while traveling with two small kids. Despite encountering some rainy and chilly days, the heating system worked perfectly, warming up the entire apartment within minutes. Frank was an excellent host, providing clear directions to the apartment and even allowing us to store our bags before check-in. The cleanliness was impeccable. While the apartment could use some minor painting touch-ups in the future, it wasn’t anything that affected our stay. I totally recommend this apartment.
