Great convenient flat adjacent to the Turia park, shops, bakeries, and restaurants. We were with our 18 month old daughter and the playground in the complex was most appreciated! Access to city centre and beach very easy by direct bus. Would stay again!

The apartment was beautiful, large and comfortable. Franquilin was very attentive and guided us with the instructions to get there and welcomed us personally, showing us the place and where to leave the car. There were only two of us, but the place was big enough for six people. Super recommended!

Perfect, peaceful location for hikes ! Martin communicates proactively! We were very happy with the tips we got! We had a small problem with the heating but Martin was very responsive and sent help very quickly. Would be happy to be back!

Stayed at Reyes place for a week. The host provided us with a baby cot, mattress and duvet which allowed us to travel light. The kitchen has everything to make a quick breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night sleep. Location is perfect located in walking distance from museum of arts and sciences as well as shopping mall with a huge supermarket. Reyes met us on time near her place and check in was very smooth. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and definitely will stay there again when visiting Valencia next time.

Really nice apartment, with great facilities, in a perfect location. The host was friendly and helpful. The place was clean, modern and well kitted out. The pool was just right, with the beach just across the road, restaurants and food shops two minutes away and the bus into Valencia centre just around the corner. We loved our stay.

Good apartment. We felt very comfortable from the start. The beds are very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Perfect for families with children as the house has a playhouse on the patio and several drawers with toys. Close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The only downside we put is that the main room is very close to the building elevator and you can hear a lot when you go up and down. Also, some groups of neighbors usually gather right in front of the patio of the apartment and can be heard quite inside. Otherwise, everything was perfect, the facilities (pool, gym...) are ideal. Great place to spend a happy vacation.

Having just returned from staying here with some friends I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking to have a city break with the bonus of being near to the beach. The location and gorgeous accommodation were ideal and the host was so kind and helpful. My friends and I thought this place is worth 5⭐️’s.

Plenty of room and perfect facilities Recommendabke

Superb accommodation close to the center of Valencia equipped on all points, nothing to complain about. The house makes 10 times better than pictured the impeccable pool the gym is large and equipped as necessary I was able to follow my workouts despite the fact that I was on vacation we spent a very good week in Valencia and the accommodation and one of its reasons again thank you to the two hosts who were very welcoming and responsive to the slightest problem. We were surprised by the house, located in a villa next to more houses with a huge community space with all kinds of facilities, totally recommended.

My son and I had a fantastic stay at this Spanish Airbnb. The location is fantastic and the apartment has everything you need. Vincenzo videobook us on arrival. It was nice to see each other anyway, while the check-in was easy and private. There was something with an outdoor lock that didn't open, but he had that fixed right away. Responded very quickly and remained available to let us in. We didn't have a moment to worry about that. The apartment is very spacious, especially for three people. The kitchen has everything you'll need, up to a washing machine. You will be staying in the middle of El Carmen, so definitely during Las Fallas (we loved it!) you can better use earplugs in the single room out front. My son and I had changed rooms for that. Wasn't a problem. I always wear earplugs anyway. It was wonderfully quiet in the other room. I would go here again next time!
