Silvia and her husband are two wonderful hosts, helpful and experts in local culture, they guided us to discover the town and its traditions. The accommodation is very nice, functional, clean, well-furnished and equipped with any need. Highly recommended, have a great vacation.

Great apartment for three people (two adults and a boy), clean and well supplied, great location for accessing the free thermal springs of S.Filippo (right above the spa, you can walk there) and great starting point for visiting the Val d'Orcia. Marco is very kind and helpful for communications. I highly recommend it 👍

The town of San Giovanni delle Contee is delightful, quiet and also easily accessible. Of great value is the multifunction club (bar, trattoria, grocery) run by people of great enthusiasm. Ada's apartment was a great choice for us, cozy, spacious and with a pellet stove that guaranteed all the necessary comfort. We took advantage of the kitchen to dine in the house, but I would recommend taking advantage of the circle practically in front of the house, for a full-immersion in the village. We arrived by motorcycle and were able to park in front of the house, as the area was completely quiet. The surroundings are of course beautiful; we visited the thermal baths of San Casciano dei Bagni (about 28 km), but towards the south you will find Sorano, Pitigliano, Sovana, ... I recommend staying at least two or three days.
