Alloggio fantastico veramente adiacente ad una delle piazze più belle in assoluto di Parigi!! Quartiere veramente unico da non perdere!! L’appartamento davvero ampio e adattissimo per la nostra famiglia molto funzionale e confortevole e davvero elegante! Charles davvero gentilissimo e efficientissimo nel dare tutte le informazioni riguardo ai servizi, ristoranti e anche per i trasporti. Torneremo sicuramente qui ancora quando vorremo rivedere la nostra amata Parigi!!! Grazie di tutto!!

Ce logement est un véritable GROS coup de cœur ! Outre d'être sécurisé, spacieux, lumineux et tranquille, il a la particularité d'être mis à notre disposition par un hôte prévenant, rempli de bienveillance et de délicatesse qui n'hésite pas, lorsque cela est possible, de moduler les horaires d'entrée et de sortie indiqués pour mieux répondre aux besoins du locataire. Ceci est suffisamment rare, voire exceptionnel, pour être souligné ! Ce logement est de loin, un des meilleurs que j'ai pu expérimenter ! Je le recommande plus que vivement. Marie

This place is simply FANTASTIC. The location is perfect--2" from Metro, downstairs dozens of restaurants and cafes, so you're in a part of Paris that is lively but not overwhelmed by tourists. Everywhere I ate and shopped I heard others speak French 98% of the time. Then the flat itself is SO wonderful. I presume it was renovated as everything inside looked and worked great, which is unusual for most centrally located places in major cities in Europe (this was part of a six week trip so I stayed in a lot of flats). The flat is decorated well, still feels personal (e.g., many of owner's books are there), and has everything one might need. I saw the closet had lots of extra blankets etc, though what was the bed for a relatively chilly March was enough. The set-up was as nice as a hotel while giving one a full one-bedroom + living room. When I'm next in Paris as a couple, I would want to book this place again! It's just GREAT. Also, Bernard let me both check-in early and check-out late

Staying at Elisa‘s is like staying at a good friend‘s who’s prepared her space with care so you’ll have a comfortable stay. Lovely home and lovely host. Highly recommend it.

Incredible apartment on a quiet street in a very central location for exploring Paris. Would absolutely stay again!

St Germain is the best place to stay in Paris and this apartment was in a great location! Surrounded by shops and restaurants and super convenient to everything you'd want to do and see. The apartment is bright and beautiful, and the terrace with a partial view of the Tour Eiffel was a lovely bonus. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was a big bonus as well. The only con was the comfort of the furniture and bed, but you don't go to Paris to lounge around!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Très bon séjour, le logement est très bien équipé et personne très réactive. L'épicerie de nuit à coté un peu bruyant sinon tout le reste était parfait

accueil extra, hôte disponible, serviable et très sympat, on est comme à la maison. Le studio est impeccable, paisible, propre et fonctionnel. le côté cosy de la chambre en mezzanine est appréciable, la literie parfaite, l'échelle pour y monter est pratique et sécurisée par plusieurs poignées. la douche est grande et il y a tout ce qu il faut pour se reposer après des journées de travail. En.plus il y a un toutou adorable qui aime les câlins. merci et peut-être à la prochaine !

J'ai eu l'occasion de faire un sejour entres filles dans ce MAGNIFIQUE airbnb, plus beau en vrai qu'en photo ! Tout était impeccable ! Bien rangé, spacieux, lumineux et propre. Nous avons passés un agreable moment accompagné du beau temps. Je remercie Nouhad, l'hôte qui a toujours était réactive, disponible pour nous. Je recommande et je reviendrai certainement ! Patrick a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif au moindre de nos problèmes. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, avec de nombreux restaurants, épiceries, coiffeur, et bien d’autres choses utile aux alentours, ainsi que les transports en communs. L’appartement été propre, l’entrée s’est faites avec une remise des clés. Rien de plus simple. Encore merci à Patrick, je reviendrais à coup sûr.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

Apartamento confortável, fácil acesso até a estação de metrô. Bairro tranquilo. Atendimento bom.

Die Wohnung war suuuuuper. Gute Metroanbindung. Mehrere Stationen und Linien im Umkreis von 500 Metern. Das Stadtzenrum und die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit der Metro in ca. 15 Minutern erreichbar. David war stets ansprechbar, sehr angenehm und freundlich und hat bei Rückfragen direkt geantwortet. Bei den Checkin und Checkout Zeiten ist uns David wirklich sehr entgegengekommen. Das war sehr nett! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Whirlpool und der Kamin waren phantastisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wenn wir wieder nach Paris kommen werden wir genau diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Danke David!!!

Alles war bestens beschrieben und ausgestattet. Die Lage nach hinten raus war toll. Das Auto blieb gut im Parkhaus untergebracht. Verbindungen in's Pariser Zentrum waren auch gut möglich. Hier kann man wieder buchen!

Stan ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber! Er ist immer gut zu erreichen und super freundlich. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage hier verbracht um Paris zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Zug sehr gut du erreichen trotz dass sie etwas auser halb liegt. Das ist ein guter Kontrast zur lebhaften Stadt um wieder Ruhe zu finden. Der Check in war äußerst einfach und unkompliziert.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne nydelige leiligheten som har perfekt beliggenhet rett ved RER-stasjonen i Vincennes. For familien vår på fem fungerte leiligheten veldig godt. Aida kommuniserte raskt hele veien og var svært hjelpsom. Rett utenfor leilighetsbygget ligger et nydelig bakeri som selger ferske, deilige croissanter og baguetter til Paris-frokosten. Anbefaler leiligheten og vincennes på det varmeste. Virkelig er bra utgangspunkt for å utforske Paris når man reiser med barn.
