Great first floor apartment with elevator, easily accessible and with easy parking. The place is quiet, functional and pleasant. The balcony has a beautiful lake view. We even had coffee and tea for breakfast, a much appreciated attention! Dia, the host, is responsive (less than 10 minutes per message) and very attentive to our well-being throughout the stay. I would definitely stay again! Thank you again so much for everything, Dia!

Very good Air BnB 20 min uber or 30 min public transport to almost everywhere in Paris. Felt very secure. The unit was very clean and had a great view!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! Laetitia's welcome was very warm and attentive. The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, with lots of shops and attractions nearby. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to make our experience enjoyable and cozy. I was travelling with my 7yr old plus a friend with her 7 year old. This apartment was great! We were late arriving in the night but Bernard greeted us and made us feel very welcome. A bottle of wine was much appreciated after the journey! The apartment is very Parisienne - lovely high ceilings and architectural details and it was lovely and warm. The shower was large & well equipped, with really good shower pressure. We loved that after a long day of sightseeing we could go back and make some food and chill as there was a separate dining area to the bedrooms/living room. All the beds were comfortable for us as we prefer firm and the linen was lovely. It is up high but there was a lift and only really one staircase down to access it so it was easy enough for us. The location was great - round the corner from the metro and bus stops. Lovely little cafe bar & boulangerie right next door Great for Accor Arena in Bercy - just a walk over the bridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Merci!

One of the best places I have ever stayed! Isabelle's place is a real airbnb where we could feel a presence of the owner, his character, his interests, a glimpse on his life. It is not like boring hotels, this place has a soul. All the details, books, furniture, paintings make this place very special. And we totally loved the balcony overlooking the Sene river from where we could see the sunrise. The only thing is that it might get a bit noisy at night with police or ambulance car sounds, if you keep the window open. Bring earplugs if your sleep is sensitive.

Caroline's place is great! The location is excellent. The apartment and space are very clean and comfortable. Caroline is great and was very attentive to any questions we had. She also helped us with moving our luggage. Highly recommended!

In addition to the accommodation being as described in the listing, Amandio and his wife were exceptional with us. They helped us with everything during our stay. If it weren't for them, our trip would have been compromised because of the strike in Paris. My family and I are so grateful for everything.

We had a great time at Nicole’s place, for us as two families it was a great location, walking distance to local shops, restaurants, the river and parks. House was homely and welcoming and the pool was fantastic, would highly recommend.

A studio located in a secure courtyard, which is very nice. There's free parking on the surrounding streets. There is correct wifi. The studio is fully equipped, nothing missing. I had a perfect week of work there, was able to rest from my days and attack the next ones in shape. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to Caroline & her husband.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Very nice apartment in the heart of Saint Maur, close to shops and the RER. Parking on the street is easy to see. Sebastien is a very friendly character who made me laugh at times. I'll go back there, and I'll go back

Ideal place! We go very quickly to central Paris thanks to the train station just opposite, while enjoying the atmosphere and services of a more peaceful community. There's room in this newly renovated home. Be careful when you are very connected, no wifi and 3/4/5G networks are quite weak.

Great stay! The villa by the river was beautiful. Each apartment was comfy, with the top one being the biggest. Perfect for a relaxing trip. Would visit again!

This was the best price I could find on Airbnb to Paris and I think they are generous to set the discount. (Try booking more than a month, there is a discount:) ). So I recommend you in particular for people who stay more than a month and save more. It is located in Choisy le Roi. On the map it seems far from Paris but in reality as there is RER C (express train), it takes around 30 minutes to go to Paris until 9 p.m. The room is very nice with the veranda. There is a washing and dryer, which are rare to find in the apartment in Paris. Camille and her brother and sister are very nice and quiet, and they always try to do their best.

This was the perfect spot. Within walking distance from all of the major Parisian attractions, but far enough away to be outside of the thick of the tourism. It was right in the river, right next to the metro, and with a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was also a cute clean and private spot. A perfect apartment to spend a week in Paris.

Eric's apartment is very maintained and located 8 minutes from Vigneux sur Seine train station. I had a lovely stay there and would highly recommend it to any guest.

Clean and well heated. The neighborhood is very quiet. We thought we heard planes because close to Orly airport, but we didn't hear anything, it's a quiet and peaceful place. The host is very responsive and friendly on the phone. We'll be back next time.
