The place is nice for large crowds. the place was clean and tidy. the swimming pool is added bonus. kids will love it there.

Thomas’s place was exactly as described. The air conditioning and electric blackout blinds in each bedroom was wonderful for sleeping. There is no air conditioning in the living spaces or basement but those spaces stayed relatively cool. Kitchen was well stocked. There were ice trays in the freezer to use which we put to great use as it was during a heat wave in July. Washer and dryer both worked. Feeding the turtle was simple. Having multiple bathrooms for our family of 6 ( ages 15+) was great. (1- half bath with toilet and sink, 1- half bath with shower and sink, 1- full bath with shower/bath, toilet and sink). Master bedroom on second floor has access to terrace and has a ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning. There are 3 flights of stairs and no bedrooms on the main floor. Closest Metro stop on the M 4 Bagneux line was Marie de Montrouge, Sortie (Exit) 5 or 6. Multiple grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries within 2 blocks as well as a park. We would stay here again.

Close to Orly, no noise, hyper functional accommodation. And as a bonus, the drop-off option at the airport that avoids unnecessary stress Just perfect!

We had a lovely stay. Anaïs was very welcoming and caring with small touches for our child. The house is well arranged and very very clean. ☺️ We enjoyed the charming garden and had all our meals under the pergola. City center, market about 15 min walk and 5 min drive. Thibaut and Alex's place well beautiful and very well kept in a lovely old building. It worked for me and my daughter for our 5 night stay. The location was convenient but the street was a bit dirtier than some other neighborhoods in Paris.

Janet's apartment is highly recommended. It is quiet and furnished with a lot of love. The equipment is very good and nothing is missing. Janet is very friendly, was very flexible about the key handover and responded very quickly to messages. We will be happy to come back!

A spacious and bright apartment in a fantastic part of Paris. We stayed with our pre teens for a few days, the area is perfect - quick access to the main sites of central Paris but in a quiet and interesting area with cobbled streets, street art, bars (maybe when the kids are a lot older we will come and enjoy them!) and restaurants. The apartment was perfect - comfortable and clean. There is a lift to the sixth floor and it’s a rare find to get a three bed apartment in Paris as lovely as this one. We would highly recommend Solene’s place and would love to stay again one day.

We enjoyed our four night stay in Sophie’s delightful apartment immensely. It was perfectly sized for our family of four and the location was fantastic - in a lively neighbourhood with great restaurants but within walking distance of the Marais. There are numerous metro stations nearby also. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

The listing is exactly the same as the photos. It's right next to a subway station and so super convenient. The parking space is really convenient when you come to Paris by car! We didn't visit the neighborhood, we didn't cook in the apartment either but everything was there.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Jean Luc welcomed us perfectly by picking us up at the RER station. He had even planned groceries for breakfast! It was perfect. The neighborhood is popular, we didn't feel unsafe. The building is amazing and the view... in short, the value for money is undeniable!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!
