Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Val-de-Marne

We stayed for a month at Sophie’s apartment. The location was fantastic!! So close to the Opera, the Louvre and Tuileries, the Galleries Lafayette, and many wonderful cafes and restaurants. Truly an amazing location in the heart of the Madeleine district. Communication with Sophie was easy and seamless. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much, Sophie, for making our vacation so memorable!!

I had a great time at Ali & Jac's apartment! As a solo traveler, I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. It's so easy to get to public transportation and the Place de Bastille is less than 10 minutes away (great restaurants, Opera Bastille, shops, etc.). The apartment is small, as described, but it has everything that you need for a comfortable stay including a great bed, hot shower and fast Internet. The hosts are extremely responsive and made sure that I could check in easily. Highly recommended!

Apartment was well appointed and plenty of space for our family of four. Fantastic location for access to the Palace and 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants.Note the apartment is on an upper floor with no elevator in the building.

Claude is an excellent host - very accommodating and professional. The place is just as described and viewed in the pictures. Sofa bed is very comfortable. The kitchen had many amenities, but I didn’t cook on vacation!!I I would highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat.

We really loved our stay here. It is so safe and secure and lots of lovely bars and restaurants all around. About 5 steps from the Metro. Check in was so easy and communication was excellent

The apartment is well located and perfectly clean. A small negative point about the soundproofing of the windows ... Otherwise the stay went very well, thank you to Alain for your availability.

The place was lovely, I felt right at home. The view from the window was breathtaking for me every time. I thank Renaud and Costanza for the hospitality and great communication! Would come back anytime!

Great place to stay if going to Disneyland, very conveniently located! Only 20 minutes walking, or there's also a bus stop nearby. Great bakery just around the corner and also a huge shopping centre, both a 2 minute walk. Alexandrine was a great host, great communication throughout!

Very central location in 5e, probably 30 restaurants/bars within 200m, but surprisingly quite at night, apartment faces a secluded courtyard.

This place was perfect for our group, very close to a metro station and great restaurants. Comfy beds, and great shower. Only downfall was lack of air conditioning so we had to open the windows which meant loud street noise overnight.

The apartment was terrific! We loved the character of the place, and the location in the Marais was amazing, only a few blocks to the metro. All of the windows from the apartment open onto Paris, its sounds and the street, the park and the restaurants below. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again .
