I've stayed in Paris many times, both AirBnB and hotel. This was my favorite! Obviously the canal view is very pleasant. But when the sun shines and is moving up low in the horizon, it streams into the apartment making everything bright and warm! I would love to stay there in spring or summer and have the windows wide open while having breakfast. The host was very sweet and I felt this was the true promised AirBnB experience. We loved staying here and would definitely come back! The only downside is having to walk up to the 5th floor with all your luggage. The place overall was very comfortable and homey, and we LOVED the room with the bunkbeds. We felt very safe and the location is just a short walk from the metro and train station. Super friendly and responsive host as well, highly recommend!

My sister and I went to Olympia in Paris and wanted a well located, small but nice apartment for this time. We had a great time at Fabrocio's place. The area is hip, you have a supermarket, a few great restaurants and a mega bakery right outside the door. The connection to the public metro is also immediately around the corner! The apartment has a very cozy ambiance and absolutely reflects the Paris Vibe. I will be very happy to stay there again!

Gerard is super friendly and responsive. The apartment is very functional and tastefully arranged. The neighborhood is very lively but as soon as you're inside, no more noise. We had a pleasant stay and will gladly come back.

Excellent communication from host with prompt responses, even helped us by giving us transport options to get to his place. Lots of good places to eat. Supermarket close by. Close to river. Peaceful. Train station easy 1km for access to the city. Would recommend.

The listing is 100% consistent with the photos and description. Beautifully decorated, 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom ( ideal for 2 people or 2 couples). I can only recommend 100%! Would love to come back if I get the chance.

We had a lovely stay at this place. The view of the Eiffel Tower is just amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable. Boris was responsive when we had a lot of him. We wanted to be close to La Défense and Puteaux train station located 1min from Boris' accommodation brought us there very quickly or sometimes we walked. The only catch is the stairs at the entrance of the building when you have a lot of luggage. But frankly, we all loved staying here for a few days. Thank you Boris for hosting! We'll go back if we have a chance.

Perfect location for the rowing venue. Host was flexible at check in and check out. Great communication made everything very easy.
