I had a wonderful stay at Charles’ place! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great — close to everything I needed and easy to get around. Charles was a welcoming and thoughtful host, always responsive and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests having a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is a real BIG favorite! In addition to being secure, spacious, bright and quiet, it has the distinction of being made available to us by a considerate host, full of kindness and delicacy who does not hesitate, when possible, to adjust the check-in and check-out times indicated to better meet the needs of the tenant. This place is simply FANTASTIC. The location is perfect--2" from Metro, downstairs dozens of restaurants and cafes, so you're in a part of Paris that is lively but not overwhelmed by tourists. Everywhere I ate and shopped I heard others speak French 98% of the time. Then the flat itself is SO wonderful. I presume it was renovated as everything inside looked and worked great, which is unusual for most centrally located places in major cities in Europe (this was part of a six week trip so I stayed in a lot of flats). The flat is decorated well, still feels personal (e.g., many of owner's books are there), and has everything one might need. I saw the closet had lots of extra blankets etc, though what was the bed for a relatively chilly March was enough. The set-up was as nice as a hotel while giving one a full one-bedroom + living room. When I'm next in Paris as a couple, I would want to book this place again! It's just GREAT. Also, Bernard let me both check-in early and check-out late

Staying at Elisa‘s is like staying at a good friend‘s who’s prepared her space with care so you’ll have a comfortable stay. Lovely home and lovely host. Highly recommend it.

St Germain is the best place to stay in Paris and this apartment was in a great location! Surrounded by shops and restaurants and super convenient to everything you'd want to do and see. The apartment is bright and beautiful, and the terrace with a partial view of the Tour Eiffel was a lovely bonus. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was a big bonus as well. The only con was the comfort of the furniture and bed, but you don't go to Paris to lounge around!

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. The studio is spotless, peaceful, clean and functional. the cozy side of the mezzanine bedroom is appreciated, the bedding is perfect, the ladder to climb there is convenient and secured by several handles. The shower is large and there is everything you need to rest after days of work. In addition, there is a lovely dog who loves cuddles. thanks and maybe next time!

I had the opportunity to have a girls' stay in this BEAUTIFUL Airbnb, more beautiful in real life than in photos! Everything was impeccable! Tidy, spacious, bright and clean. We had a pleasant time accompanied by good weather. I thank Nouhad, the host who has always been responsive, available to us. I recommend it and will definitely come back! Thanks for everything!

Patrick was a very welcoming and responsive host to the slightest of our problems. The accommodation is extremely well located, with many restaurants, grocery stores, hairdressers, and many other useful things nearby, as well as public transport. The apartment was clean, the entrance was done with a key exchange. It's easy. Thanks again to Patrick, would definitely stay again.

First off, the view of the Eiffel Tower in the pictures is not over-rated. Viewing the tower from the balcony at the end of each day was a highlight of our trip. The apartment was as described. There was ample space for our family of 3. The living room and open dining / kitchen space provided a comfortable space to wind down in the evening after touring. A quality barista machine provided a good start to the day. The best part was how responsive and flexible Gregory was with us. I made an error on dates when booking (totally my fault) and Gregory worked with me to quickly resolve it. Any other time we reached out to Gregory, he was very prompt in responding. He was also proactive in telling us useful information about the unit and neighborhood.

A comfortable apartment, easy access to the subway station. Quiet neighborhood. Good service.

Excellent kitchen, interesting art work, 2 bedrooms with real queen beds (not side by side twins offered by other rentals). Loved the Basque restaurant next door. The cassoulet was spectacular. Convenience to grocery store and Gobelins metro stop was a huge plus. if you stay here, spend an hour or two browsing and munching on the Rue Mouffetard, 10 minutes walk on Avenue Gobelins.

Everything was well described and equipped. The location facing the back was great. The car was well accommodated in the parking garage. Connections to the center of Paris were also quite possible. Here you can book again!

Stan is a very good host! He is always easily accessible and super friendly. The contact was very pleasant. We had a lovely few days here to explore Paris. The property is very easy to reach by train despite the fact that it is a bit outside. This is a good contrast to the lively city to find peace again. Check-in was extremely easy and straightforward.

The appartement is spacious and cozy, located in small beautiful street. There are metro stations in walking distance, which go straight to the centre of Paris. Vincennes is a very lovely part of the city, with a beautiful castle, a big park, and nice restaurants which are mostly visited by locals. I can warmly recommend this appartement.
