Very clean & very calming atmosphere. Small, but very well curated selection of books (from a former librarian- couldn't be better!) Back yard available for pets & nice neighborhood to walk a dog. Unscented or very lightly scented products are used in this space -- so valuable to people with skin sensitivities! Lots of extra linens are available for longer stays or larger groups & are stored neatly out of the way, but accessible.

We had a great stay at Kacey's cabin and highly recommend staying here! The location feels like it's far away from town without actually being far away from town. We enjoyed the fit pit and the pond during our stay. The cabin itself is adorable with plenty of space. It was clean and very nicely decorated. They have games available and a fully equipped kitchen if you plan on cooking. The bathroom/shower is very nice! If you don't want to cook, there are plenty of great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. We tried the Wheelhouse and Maple & Yolk and both were great! Riggs is right down the road and sometimes has live music and food trucks, the atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the Saturday farmers market if your visit falls on days when that is taking place. We will definitely be back for another visit and will be adding this cabin to our list of quick weekend getaways.

Such a great place. We stayed 2 nights for our son’s U of I graduation weekend. Reasonably priced for that weekend unlike others who price gouge. The place is beautifully maintained and everything works well. The outside space is lovely and I wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Sheri communicated really well and was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Nataly is an amazing hostess- not only was her place in an adorable and enchanting historical neighborhood close to campus and restaurants, but her careful designs made the basement room look and feel fresh and contemporary. I did unplug the scent things and would have preferred fluffier pillows, but those are tiny negatives compared to the hundreds of positives about her place: location, cleanliness, size, price, carefully furnished and decorated, kitchen utensils, bathroom stuff available… etc. Nataly even reimbursed me a night because I had to leave suddenly — without my asking! She definitely went above and beyond. My son and dogs and I will be back soon to visit my niece! Thank you, Nataly!
