Monthly Rentals in University Park

Super nice place, I visited for work super close to downtown and everything else.

Gia was very responsive and kept me informed about the property throughout my stay. The space was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Additionally, it was conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and the highway. I would definitely stay here again.

We were overall very happy with our experience. The bed, pillows and linens are top of the line. Some amenities were missing and quickly supplied when brought to Harriette’s attention. We would stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful stay. We live locally, and needed a place to live while our home was finishing being built. With the location walking distance to the pool, kids park, lake, and yes, the Tom Thumb grocery store. All this made our choice very easy. Not to mention we had everything needed, full size laundry, full kitchen, and large tv for the kids when not in school to enjoy. Great air-conditioning and a quiet neighborhood too. Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed our one month stay!
