My stay at Villa Roma was really pleasant: immersed in greenery, it is an ideal place to relax, spacious and very clean room, excellent and well assorted breakfast, cozy interiors and there is also a nice fireplace. Exceptional hospitality, Gilberto is an attentive, helpful and very nice host! I will definitely be back in the summer, the new pool is really inviting and a good alternative to the beach, which is still very close. Thanks again!

It was great at Marie's, great in every way. The room is super modernly equipped and at the same time tasteful in the stone house with the wooden beams and sloping ceilings, with a wonderful bathroom, air conditioning (so we never got cold), balcony and also a bed for heavenly sleep. Marie kindly provided us with breakfast in the courtyard and always good tips. You should have been here!! :)

We spent pleasant and quiet days. The Tibù B&B is really a special place, it feels like home. The location is strategic for getting around the area or the sea. The accommodation is very clean and modern, the breakfast is nothing short of fantastic. Ideal for families with children or couples seeking tranquility. We'll be back.

Erika’s B&B was comfortable and super clean. The breakfast was especially amazing and we really enjoyed the homemade limonade with plums from the garden! Erika was really accommodating even if we arrived a bit past the time we agreed on and gave us good tips for our few days in the area. The Bora (wind) was great at night as it provided some fresh air in the bedroom. There is a train that passes close the B&B once in a while, it can be a bit noisy but we didn’t ear it during the night and slept like babies what so ever! I would recommend Erika’s place anytime!

It was the best place I was lucky to be in… The light and warmth of the hearth comes from the hosts. People are insanely friendly and kind. Unexpectedly, for me, there were complimentary treats ( cookies, yogurts, milk and coffee). The yard is well-maintained and green, with beautiful plants,and games for children... Thank you and your Hospitality.. I will definitely come back here,but already with my children.. 🤝

Really clean and comfortable space. Unfortunately the pizza restaurant below was closed while we were there, but the place is close to many other great restaurants as well as everything else you need to see in Kobarid. A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the farm. Breda and her family were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We did not bring a car, which we would highly recommend others to do as it is distant from restaurants, supermarkets and most sights😊 However, we still had a lovely stay with help from Breda and her family. The area is beautiful and very local. Walking and biking was a pleasure around the vineyards and in the forest. Every morning the hosts prepared a lovely homemade breakfast. And finally, their wine is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Fransesca was a super host, very kind and gave me a little introduction to sightseeing in the city with the exact points for different things and very good recommendations as a local, she helped me with everything I asked and asked her, the house was very clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable, I recommend it 100%

This ia the place you want to stay! Federica is the best host you can wish, givea you privacy when you want and is always available for advice and tips if you need het to be. She is very generous. The attic apartment where we stayed has a lot of space, two plates to cook on, and a refrigerator, a big and nice couch, a table for four, a clean bathroom but above all had a beautiful atmosphere with art on the walls and nice carpets and all, very tasteful! The breakfast served is abundant, with a lot of fresh fruits, croissant, yoghurt, eggs, all you could wish for. The premises are beautiful, a clean and beautiful swimming pool with a loungesofa and beds. We could have stayed for so much longer! Thank you Federica for the lovely time we spend with you!

We spent one night at Andrea's and were completely satisfied with everything. The kindness and efforts of the host were fascinating, we felt completely comfortable. The breakfast was also impeccable, plentiful, everyone finds the food or drink they like. The room itself and the bathroom were nicely decorated, modern, spacious and nicely clean. Very nice stay, very welcoming host

I Had an amazing peaceful couple of days which was exactly what i was looking for :) Spotless place, amazing location and view from the bedroom. Giovanni has been quick and always very kind, communicating all the needed. Breakfast was also special, freshly baked with local ingredients which added an extra layer of goodness. Highly recommended spot!

Isabella and her family are very friendly and open people! The house is very old but from the inside everything is renewed with air conditioning and hair dryer, check-in was also possible late at night. Thank you for that!!!

My mother and I really enjoyed our short trip. There was a wonderful little breakfast with regional delicacies. The rooms were like new and there were absolutely no signs of wear. The view at breakfast was fantastic, and we would love to experience this magnificent sunset over the sea every evening. The approach was a bit steeper than expected, but we were able to park our car 50-100 meters away. All in all, the stay was great, and we'd love to come back to your little paradise! Warm and welcoming accommodation, breakfast meets expectations, great location for visiting nearby towns. Anna, the owner, is discreet and never intrusive.

Everything worked wonderfully. An apartment/room to feel comfortable. Has everything you need. Everything prepared in the kitchen for breakfast. The apartment is very lovingly furnished. Would stay there again anytime.

We stayed two nights with Marco and Angela and we will definitely come bac! They were very helpful and kind and we loved the courtyard, the whole accommodation was put together with great attention to detail.
