The Nest is located in a small Alpine vilage, next to one of the worlds most beautiful rivers, called Soča. It's name comes from the apartments location. It's situated on the bottom of the mountain, surrounded by the forrest, overlooking the valley from up high over the rest of the village rooftops. It's really cosy, with lots of natural light and relaxing sounds throughout the whole day. If you prefer to have birds, crickets and othe small animals for neigbours, The Nest is the place for you!

The Barn: cosy holiday house

This newly renovated house offers you a quite, private, and beautiful place above the village of Modrejce, with a walking distance of 5 minutes to the Soča river. We renovated the house in a Permacultural way, still very exclusive and with great attention to detail. The house is located a bit above the village and gives you not only lots of privacy but also a great view on the river and the surrounding mountains.

Very spacious and comfortable house located in a great location to visit the Tagliamento River and several natural attractions such as Lake Cornino and the Biotopo del Acqua Caduta. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Andrea is a kind and helpful host.

There were two of us traveling with three lovely dogs, but the place was a perfect fit. The private unfenced garden is great. There is a private parking space right at the house in a winding alley. A washing machine is available, a dishwasher is not. There are many games and extensive information material for excursions. A lovely area to do something outside. We and our dogs loved staying at Lisa's place - thank you very much!

This place was the best outfitted Airbnb that we have stayed in. We needed nothing. The beds were very comfortable, ac worked great, kitchen had quality equipment, basic cooking needs like coffee, sugar, spices all there. Couches comfortable, great outside patio and balcony with good furniture. A working gas grill. And grill utensils. Cleaning supplies we needed since we were there 5 days. All was excellent. We were very happy and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Rossana's apartment is spacious, quiet, well-kept and has a fully stocked kitchen. Rossana is very kind and ready to respond to every request. There is always parking a few meters from the house. The small center in which it is located is very convenient to visit all of Friuli.

The house itself was immaculate and hosts could not have done a better job. Location OK but you wouldn't go there without a car. Arba itself hasn't got much but is only 20 minutes or less from St Danielle, Spillingbergo, Maniago, Travesio and the Dolomite foothills which all have much more to offer. Bit hard to comment on price as not much to compare to. I did have an alternative in Travesio at half the price but it was also one room short of what we needed. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning. Climate has changed and if you're going mid summer air conditioning is a must. The one fan in the house didn't help much!
