High Mountain View Getaway

JesicaRating, 5 stars2 days ago
It was definitely cool, loved the location and the cabin. You can definitely hear the animals at night. One thing I would say is that the shower head was dirty, it had white stuff on it. Other than that it was clean, I wish we had more instructions for the stove top, and somewhere to keep the ash! I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape reality. The stars are amazing at night as well.

Sequoia National Forest Cabin/ATV ride

HunterRating, 5 stars24 months ago
Jim and Karen were so nice to lend us an ATV to help move our things when we decided not to test our car on the final hill to the cabin. They checked in on us frequently before and during our stay. The cabin is cozy and private, and there was plenty of firewood available. We had a lovely long weekend, and our dog loved the snow!

The cabin is shown from an angle, highlighting its rustic charm. Light gray siding complements large windows that allow natural light in. A wooden fence lines the property, and greenery surrounds the cabin, creating a serene atmosphere under the trees.

Sequoia ranch cabin

JuliaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Place was really close to the national park, which is why we were there. The hosts were very communicative and left clear instructions, which was appreciated. The bathroom was a bit barebones and the tub was worn and had stains in it, but those looked more like the result of the tub being older rather than it being unclean. Overall it was a great stay, and we would recommend.

Sequoia River Ranch Cabin

KuntureRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely stay! The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed the serene atmosphere. However, there were a few minor issues—the kitchen utensils were slightly limited for our group of four, and the space was a little dusty in some areas. Overall, it was a great experience!

Bohemian Mountain Glamporama ☀️✨

MariahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Awesome location. Beautiful views. Place was cozy. Outside shower was fun. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we missed our WiFi/cell service in the cabin although the main house had WiFi and just a short walk away. The “mural” wall was really fun to look at. Jana was helpful and friendly. We’d recommend.

Off-Grid Birdhouse - Tiny Cabin partially finished

MichaelRating, 5 stars15 months ago
We had a lovely stay at Merrilee’s Birdhouse tiny cabin after a few nights camping by the Giant Sequoias. The comfortable bed and view of the mountains was spectacular and peaceful. The property is primarily an animal sanctuary. Upon arriving, we were greeted by two adorable rescue dogs, a cat and some chickens. Later on, we met a couple of horses and a sheep. The cleverly designed outdoor shower is a treat not to be missed. Being off-grid, the outhouse has a five gallon bucket with a toilet seat attached for when nature calls. This is a much better alternative than using our precious freshwater resources. We greatly appreciated our hosts thoughtfulness and ingenuity. If we’re ever back in the area, we would hope to be fortunate enough to have the opportunity to spend another night or two at the sanctuary again.

Little House on the Farm

MayraRating, 5 stars3 months ago
The place is as cozy as it looks, perfect for a weekend getaway ! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary and it was a very cute little peaceful place. Jamie was super attentive, she was communicative in a very timely manner which I appreciated so much. We had a little hiccup with a power outage due to a storm but she was proactive about getting it fixed and it did not affect our stay in any way . Being surrounded by the beautiful nature and farm animals makes this place very dreamy . We did notice the water odor that was previously disclosed in the description since water comes from a well but it wasn’t a big deal since there was drinking water available and we had taken a jug of our own as well. I would definitely recommend!

Secluded Sequioa Log Cabin with Hot-Tub

CaraRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place was so incredibly cozy and felt private and wild, while being able to walk out the front door and have some neighbors in reach if needed. There was a surprise christmas tree and twinkly light up when we arrived which felt extra special right after the holidays! I would live here if I could. We also watched the stars out at night on the back patio in the trees. Deer everywhere and a constant distant flow of the creek is always audible. I highly recommend whether with a group or solo. Its also just a 7 minute drive from Belknap campground which has a lovely river to walk along and swim in if you dig cold plunges.

Paradise Ranch Inn- Limitless House Hot Tub,Sauna.

CodyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
OK, I totally get why it's called Paradise Ranch Inn! It's literally PARADISE! We had the most incredible off-the-grid experience staying at Kenneth's Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was truly special. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering helpful tips about the surrounding nature, and the best spots to unwind and explore. The property itself is a hidden gem- secluded yet incredibly serene with stunning views and a sense of peace that's hard to find anywhere else. What really set this experience apart, though, was how Kenneth was so responsive and accommodating while maintaining the perfect balance of privacy. He made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. I felt like we were in good hands the whole time and it was easy to see how much he cared about preserving the natural beauty of the area. If you're looking for a true off-the-grid retreat I couldn't think of a place I would recommend more!

Starview Ranch Bunkhouse w/ 7 beds near Kings Cyn

JorgeRating, 5 stars4 months ago
If you want a quiet place with no people around this is your place! is awesome full of nature, at night the sky looks amazing. The house was so clean! also has a tv with an xbox. AC in all house thank you for that. The only thing is kitchen is too small to really cook also there is no table to eat (only the bench on the outside) at the end if you are people who gets Dizziness due to curves, you will arrive with your lunch on a bag. to reach there (we know the place is on mountains) but the road is full of narrow curves. But if you reach the place is awesome! recommended.
