Lovely venue, ideal distance for Villa Baroncino

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Lovely historical city within walking distance and plenty of outside space for the small ones to go on adventure. The communication was smooth, friendly and professional. We will come back for sure😊

Rossella's accommodation is comfortable, spacious, well structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very large, a nice garden that is very well maintained, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We can certainly only recommend Rossella's place.

This is a beautiful place to stay where you can enjoy the view of Lake Bosenna at a glance. Everywhere in the house was beautifully decorated to the point that it felt like the locals lived there, and the space was more spacious than the colors. The location is the last house on the lake side of the villa complex on the hillside, so the view from the window as well as the view from the second floor veranda is fantastic. The host responded quickly and in detail, and the friend who helped me check in was also kind. It's a nice place to stay, peaceful and happy, just looking at the beautiful lake view from the room.

We absolutely loved it and would definitely want to return there - a very special place, lovely people - a real holiday!

We spent a couple of weeks in this beautiful apartment a stone's throw away from stunning Todi. Franco, the very friendly owner, has transformed his childhood home tastefully into a spacious, cosy and immaculate guest house. The use of traditional Umbrian materials, the comfy beds, the chimney give the place a warm atmosphere which immediately makes you feel at home. We spent a lot of time in the large garden with picturesque views across the hilly landscape around Todi. The house is just below a provincial street which thankfully isn't very busy. It's a great base to explore large parts of Umbria, from Orvieto and Perugia to Trevi and Spoleto. Franco went out of his way to make our stay worthwhile - and he very much succeeded.

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property, and it was a fantastic experience from every point of view. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

We did not see Claudia in person but we met Stefano (father-in-law) very kind always ready for any request, fantastic cottage ground floor with patio with grill and inside with fireplace with plenty of firewood, everything in order and cleanliness even utensils and linen !!! I highly recommend this place

Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Fantastic house in a stunning location, you do need the SUV car, but worth the drive. The pool is a good size with wonderful views. The house was very well equipped, comfortable beds and a bathroom for each room. We would love to return.

Lovely secluded place to stay. Bruno and his dad umberto were very responsive when issues cropped up and everything was sorted quickly. As other reviews say you will need a car to get to the accommodation preferably a 4x4 although we did manage it in our estate cars. Gorgeous place to spend some time away from the world
