We booked last minute and by that, a day and a half before we arrived. Darlene responded within minutes and made arrival so easy with perfect directions/information. Darlene checked in with us during our visit and with the welcome packet Darlene sent us, I had minimal if any questions. The place exceeded our expectations and was so very close to the club and all the amenities. View was beyond! The only negative was we never saw a bear. 😂 We will be back!

We could not have been happier with our stay in Sapphire, NC! We had never been before and when looking for places to stay, the Patrick’s condo stuck out to us, not just in value, but in location and accommodation! The resort we were able to enjoy made the pricing well worth it. Absolutely loved the views, scenic surroundings, and peaceful atmosphere. We will be back!

We were in Brevard for Memorial weekend and to work at the White Squirrel Festival. Location and amenities are very important when we travel for work. Christie’s place has it all. The location cannot be beat. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. Inside, Christie has made it feel comfortable and like a home away from home. She has thought of everything and provided it. The space is super clean. The AC is wonderful. One parking space is included. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the unit. No stairs to climb. Christy has the easiest checkout of any Airbnb we have ever used. We cannot say enough good things about this place and we recommended 100%.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim's place. It was very convenient to our son's wedding venue on Lake Fairfield. The area is so beautiful and Kim's place was very clean, well appointed and updated. It was easy to find and easy to access per the directions. Kim was always responsive to any questions I had and the clear communication was appreciated. We would definitely book again.

I loved the condo and the area. It was decorated nicely, the beds were comfy, and it had all we needed, even a recliner! The screened in porch was my favorite. It felt like you were in a treehouse. Alan was a very friendly and helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to possibly return next year!

We were very pleased with our stay. I was very close to were we needed to be. The townhome was very clean. We had an issue with the toilet which was fixed very quickly. Check in and check out was very easy. Jenny was very quick to respond to our questions. We enjoyed our stay and will keep her in mind the next time we are in the area.

Lakeside Condominium is Beautiful. Deck with rockers perfect for morning and evening. Kitchen well stocked. Our family enjoyed the amenities at the Lakeside Clubhouse. Check-in and email conversations with sundog was great. Will definitely return.

An indoor swimming pool is surrounded by large windows allowing natural light to fill the space. Comfortable seating is placed beside the pool, and a lifebuoy is visible. The calm water reflects the wooden architectural details overhead.

Lovely condo with new kitchen & large deck (deck is shared with unit next door) in the Sapphire Valley Resort. Condo is perfect for a couple or for a family of 4. Unit has a very comfortable king bed in the bedroom and a queen bed in a nook with a privacy wall in the main living area. Tons to do with 4 restaurants in walking distance, includes access to amenities for $5 daily. There is a separate detached apartment next door that can be rented, sleeps 2 guests, message host if interested.

Such a really neat place. It’s different, quaint, and beautiful. We had a wonderful week working from the unit as well as easily walking out to all the best foods and stores. The bookstore downstairs was a total bonus! Looking forward to returning.

Perfect place for our 2 week stay! Two master bedrooms with views of the woods. We kept the windows open all the time and loved the cool mountain air and birds. Slept GREAT!! Completely private, like we were the only ones around, but yet right in an unbelievably gorgeous community. We took wonderful walks and found gorgeous views, a waterfall, and a river on the golf course. Huge screened porch to enjoy the birds and beautiful trees. Had cozy fires in fireplace. Fantastic kitchen. We stayed two weeks and then booked 3 more days while we house hunted in the area. Wished this place were for sale. It was that peaceful and well appointed. Felt so at home. Good WiFi and cell service. Close to Gorges State Park. Make sure you hike to Rainbow Falls! Near great restaurants in Sapphire and Toxaway. Easy drive to Brevard or Cashiers. The Evolve staff was super responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Great accommodations and close to everything. Hosts were completely accommodating, available via phone when we had question(s) and provided great recommendations. Everything was as stated. Great food, amenities, time with family, and the waterfalls 💕 definitely recommend the listing.

Great location and comfy bed! The bed is raised on a separate platform which does require a step down if you're a midnight wanderer so keep that in mind. Kitchen is well equipped with a very nice sink. the bathroom is nice with a good sized shower. Totally walkable to the restaurants in the area. Felt very private at the end of the row of condos with a nice tree view out the windows. The back patio doesn't have chairs so pack some in the car! We wished we had. If you like soft toilet paper I recommend bringing your own. 😁 Would totally stay again. We really enjoyed the stay.
