Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Daniele is an excellent host. He will guide you and answer all your questions without hesitation. The house was beautiful and cozy and very clean.

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay as a family! Very close to all the shopping and some great restaurants, as well as a 3 minute walk to the beach. There was beach supplies and toys, chairs and umbrella to make the trip to the beach more enjoyable! The host was very responsive and even helped us with transfer from hotel to Airbnb and an early check in 😊 we would definitely stay here again in the future!

I really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the host’s kindness in getting us settled. The location was peaceful and private, and walking on the private beach at night was serene. We loved the gas stovetop for last‑minute meals and the shower’s light and radio. The indoor space was a bit tight, but the patio and outdoor areas made up for it. A few things caught us off guard: the pool is seasonal, chairs shown on the beach weren’t there, and some utensils were a bit dirty. We also found ants on the table, which upset my girlfriend, and the TVs were smaller than expected. The biggest concern was the road to the beach—the potholes made us nervous about driving. Overall, it’s a lovely spot. With a few clarifications and minor updates, it could be an even more fantastic getaway. Thank you for hosting us!

My partner and I spent a wonderful 3 nights at Marta’s. We were especially thrilled with the apartment and location to the beach, and Old Town. Right below the balcony a 3/4 mile promenade provided a safe, flat and scenic path for our morning runs. The grocery was a short walk away. We highly recommend this Airbnb. As a bonus, we were picked up at the train station on our way in and delivered back up the hill upon departure. Big thumbs up 👍.

We (family with 2 children 1.5 and 3.5) felt right at home. Zaira has really thought of everything. From the stroller, cot and drinking water in the fridge, everything is available. When we had a power outage, she responded within 1 minute and showed us the solution and we had light again immediately. The house, garden and pool were very clean and we could even bathe in the heated water. The kids had extremely fun and didn't want to leave. To explore the area you need a car and you can be in Palermo in about 30 minutes and at the airport in 10 minutes. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Antonio and Laura's airbnb was absolutely superb. We were given instructions to first meet in Balestrate town and from there we were guided to Antonio's home which was a nice touch. We arrived and the photos do not do it justice. What a spectacular view and so peaceful despite being about 1km above the main town. The hot tub with that view was stunning. And the complimentary wine was such a lovely touch. We had everything we needed, fresh towels, cutlery, washing up utensils etc. Antonio was a wonderful host. He gave us some great recommendations for our travels. He recommended La Vucciria in Palermo, the Erice-Trapani cable car, San Vito Lo Capo beach which were all within 60/90 mins of the house. It was a perfect location. He also recommended Scala de Turchi (which was on our way to our next airbnb destination). All of these suggestions were incredible. Not only that Antonio gave us fresh lemons from his garden and some pastries. A real gentleman. Thank You.

We had an amazing time with family in this place! Lovely apartment, nice swimming pool area, quit place, it was easy with car to reach Cefalu city center. Would be happy to come back next time!

We had a few days in a very nice house. Alessio responded immediately if we had any questions and after a very windy and stormy night he came by to check everything.

The house is very comfortable and functional. Giovanni is hospitable and helpful. All the information is as described. Nice, fenced garden, good places for a dog. This was the best house we rented during our travels. The beach is close, a bit rocky, but you can walk a long way. Nearby Campofelice is a lovely village, from the terrace of the local restaurant there is a beautiful view of the sea and the tower. Easy to reach by train to Palermo and the airport. However, it is good to have a car, for convenience of shopping and local trips.

Angelo and Paola were incredible. They were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. They were very quick to respond to any questions we had. They really cared about our experience, as they went out of their way to drop off pastries in the morning. The bikes were great to get to the farther restaurants. The place itself is well cared for. It has many small details that make it special. It’s clean, organized, and has plenty of what one might need. And on top of all that, the view is incredible.

We had a nice time in the house right on the sea. Everything was available to cook with 7 people. It was a bit difficult only with the loungers. Otherwise, everything was fine

We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment. Apart from a pair of scissors 😅, the apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for us. With a car, we were able to explore many places in the surrounding area. And as for the host… well, it’s rare to find someone so friendly and accommodating. Antonio and Debbie with their daughter greeted us. Antonio waited outside the gate to show us how to use the key to get in. The view from their patio was just like the pictures on the website. Antonio and his family gave us suggestions for restaurants near their location. You need a car to get to any restaurants or grocery stores. Antonio was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a very nice and quite place to stay. Thanks Antonio and Debbie.

Very well located, terrace with sea view, 3-minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Spacious, bright apartment and very pleasant outdoor spaces. Very nice welcome from Cesare.

We had a great stay at Marco's place. It has a great view and the neighbourhood is very quiet.

Carlo and Laura’s place is one of the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Apartment is well equipped with everything one needs at home and on the beach. One feels like at home, it’s very cosy. There is a beautiful view from their terrace. Apartment is located in a few meters from the sandy beach with crystal clear water. There are many bars and restaurants and groceries close by. And the city center is easily accessible by bus which stops close to the apartment. Communication with Carlo was easy and pleasant. Thank you Carlo and Laura for hosting us!

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place. Definitely need a car, but it was a great home base for touring there area. House was very clean and a good size for our family of 5. We loved the garden area! There is not much to do in the immediate area, but a 15-30 min drive can offer all you need. My only critique is the pillows were not comfortable.

The Villa dei Glicini is a magical place. We were too late in the year to see the wisteria in flower but the courtyard was decked in hibiscus, oleander and bougainvillea. Lying in bed at night we could hear the sound of the waves. Dario, who lives next door, was the perfect host, ready to answer any question or sort out any little problem.
