Beachfront vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Palermo

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Such a special place! This was our first holiday away as a new family with our 8 month old baby and we were a bit nervous about the trip - but it was 1000% worth any stress travelling there to then relax in this beautiful oasis. We loved walking down to the sea admiring the trees laden with fruit, flowers, butterflies, enormous cactuses, olive and lemon groves and listening to birdsong. Our hosts Dario & Agnes were as friendly as their dogs who our little one quickly became enchanted by. The cottage is cosy, and its veranda and outdoor kitchen and shower make it extra special. I loved cooking in the simple but well kitted out kitchen. Delicious fresh ingredients, nice sharp knives (a welcome touch for anyone who likes to cook) and a view out onto greenery made it such a peaceful place to prepare a meal. Which we’d then enjoy in the cool shade under flowers and greenery of the veranda… am already dreaming of being back! We can’t recommend this place enough.

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Giuseppe was very kind, giving us a lift to the airport and then later gave our friend a lift there also for a later flight. It was a long walk to the old town, but pretty along the beach. It was a great beach to swim(being very safe with life guards) although a little crowded near the old town, but some areas had less people, giving you the best of both worlds. The views were amazing and the sun sets were incredible. Lots of beautiful, interesting places to visit. Even Etna blew for us. One of my best holidays. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuele's beautiful villa. we arrived late to take away pizza, snacks, drinks and a home made cake!! from Emanuele....such a kind and caring gesture. The villa is spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen has all equipment you would need to BBQ or cook. There is a big, new BBQ on the terrace. There are lots of shaded areas to sit and read. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach that is sandy and has a great beach bar, a good restaurant ('That's Amore' ) and also the train that takes you to Cefalu and Palermo. We were very sad to leave this villa, it was a fantastic holiday and Emanuele was the perfect host. Gracie Emanuele

Such a wonderful stay! A beautiful space and perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. Instantly you can see all the organisation and preparation Andrea and Giuseppe have taken to make you feel extremely welcomed everything you need is there. The location is very private yet essentials are less than 10 minutes drive and the beach only a minutes walk if that !

Place was neat and tidy and everything we needed! Everything worked perfectly from aircon to stove to shower. Francesco was extremely helpful and super responsive whenever we needed anything and helped organising airport transfers as well as checkout an hour later to accommodate our flight time. All in all very happy with everything!

Very good hospitality from Giorgio, the house as well as the exteriors are very good. The view is superb and the accommodation is very close to the beach. The two small downsides are the unheated pool (in May it's cold but in summer I don't think it should be a problem) and the accommodation is not completely private. We were not concerned for our stay because the owner was not present but the house is separated into two parts and the owners may be present during your stay. Specifying this can avoid disappointments upon check-in... On the other hand, in terms of cleanliness, amenities and location, there is nothing to say, it was perfect.

This place is perfect and just as advertised. The private terrace is all you need for coffee in the morning and/or dinner during a stunning Sicilian sunset. The location is ideal and just a very quick drive into the heart of Cefalu. You also have reserved parking which is ideal in Italy. Nicola is a fantastic host and very communicative as needed. And as others mentioned, if you feel like staying close to home and don’t want to head out, the private beach awaits you down below. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and it’s perfect for either a solo traveler or a couple. It’s not a huge place, but the terrace, views, and location make up for it. I very much look forward to coming back and if you’re considering it, go ahead and book it. You’ll be happy you did. Buon viaggio!

Dream location! Just like the pictures. Great access to water all around. Francesca was super helpful with navigating parking options and recommendations in neighboring towns.

We had the most amazing 10 days at Rosellina’s beautiful home in Solanto. From the moment we arrived, Rosellina and her husband welcomed us with such warmth and generosity – they truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. While the immediate area isn’t the most eventful, we honestly didn’t need anything beyond the charm of the house itself and its spectacular view over the bay, the mountains, and the deep blue sea. Best of all was the private “beach” – a rocky cliffside where we could swim and snorkel straight from the water’s edge. The house is just a short drive from supermarkets and lovely small towns like Porticello, Santa Flavia, and Bagheria – and only about 40 minutes to Palermo. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Absolutely lovely place, right on the beach with the most stunning view. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and sleeping to it too. Massimo was very kind, helpful and informative throughout the stay. I would recommend his place as it has the perfect balance of peace and is close to the gym and restaurants. He sent us a list of things to do and places to see, which were great and coordinated not just a driver but a few drivers, as well as giving us clear instructions when checking in and out. Antonio and Debbie with their daughter greeted us. Antonio waited outside the gate to show us how to use the key to get in. The view from their patio was just like the pictures on the website. Antonio and his family gave us suggestions for restaurants near their location. You need a car to get to any restaurants or grocery stores. Antonio was very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a very nice and quite place to stay. Thanks Antonio and Debbie.

We loved staying at Teresa’s villa! From beginning until we departed she was available and was kind and considerate with the nuances of the home, from the heating system to locking doors, from internet access to equipping us with wonderful amenities and breakfast items before we arrived. The location is awesome. We were able to swim out our door each day and the privacy gave us a wonderful alternative to the busy-ness of a hotel room. The reserve next to the property is a heavenly place to run, walk, or mountain bike and you have just enough activity to be surrounded by healthy, active people. There are stairs to get in-out to access the home so you need to be active for staying here. We loved all the breezy doors and windows, terraces, flowers and plants and the villa has everything you would need for a year. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Teresa gave us recommendations on everything Palermo - including a beautiful haircut for my husband and I. She is remarkable.

A peaceful haven close to Mondello ☀️ Maria welcomed me with great kindness. She takes the time to share her tips, both for discovering the must-see sites and for enjoying the neighborhood shops. Their warm welcome really makes a difference. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very comfortable, and the air conditioning is a real asset, especially in summer! Both terraces offer exceptional outdoor living space. I even had the chance to admire a fireworks display from one of them the last night. This accommodation is also ideally located: close to the beach without being affected by the hustle and bustle. A perfect balance between tranquility and proximity. I would recommend it in a second!! It is often said that 5 stars are too good to be true... and yet, Maria deserves them all. A big thank you ☺️

I had an unfortunate circumstance of particularly bad weather during my stay, and Giovanni and family came to my aid very quickly to help me change plans. I would recommend their place in summer, spring or fall, which will be a great time to enjoy the waterfront, which is absolutely breathtaking. Such caring and responsive hosts - I appreciated the amenities and food in the house, which was so helpful after long travel from overseas.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Giovanni's place! It was paradise at this apartment, don't hesitate to book it.
