The apartment was in a great location , right in the center where everything was close to walk to and felt very safe. Easily accessible and Mr Luca was an amazing host with great recommendations. The apartment was exactly like the pictures , felt really cozy and like home for us! Definitely a place that I recommend and choose again!!

Lovely stay at Francesca’s apartment. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely responsive host. Felt very much at home and yet able to access all the interesting points of interest in Palermo. Wonderful choice of restaurants in the vicinity. One proviso for older folks or those not in good physical condition is the apartment is only accessible from the 4th floor by elevator. For us it was fine and they even helped by carrying our luggage up the last set of stairs which was so nice. It is stated on the website so it is transparent. The stairs are metal and narrow with three turns to the rooftop apartment. We enjoyed our visit to Palermo very much and had a wonderful stay in Francesca’s rooftop apartment. We highly recommend a visit here for a comfortable and very convenient location.

This place has so much character and is very charming! it's full of decorations has multiple balconies to enjoy, in addition to the actual living space. Comfortable king size bed was great too. The location is right in the centre of Balestrate, which is a small community, but actually has a ton of places to eat and drink! The most outstanding part was the host Marnie though! she was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay and took great care to make us feel welcome and at home. She left lots of nice extras for us at the home, which made us feel so special. I would highly recommend!

Very clean and well-located accommodation in the center of Balestrate, in the immediate vicinity of several very good restaurants. 30 minutes from the airport, 50 minutes from the center of Palermo, ideal location. Self check-in, responsive and available host. Free street parking, easy to find in September. Only downside, no real window in the accommodation, only the front door and a skylight in the bedroom.

What a great location! Easy walk to just about everything you could want to see. We loved staying here.

We booked this apartment at the same time as someone else on another website so Rosalba reached out to offer the neighbouring apartment called “Normanni Dea”. It was great — really spacious, quiet, comfortable, well located, everything we could wish for. Rosalba also allowed us to check in early and suggested parking options which was very welcome given how busy Cefalu can get. We’d recommend without hesitation and will book again if we come back to Cefalu!

Cetty was the perfect host, catering to our every need with a beautiful home, excellent recommendations and genuine attentive care while not being intrusive. Casa Lucale was immaculate with great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a lovely balcony for drinks in the evening. The pool was the personal highlight equipped with sun loungers and very private. Located between Mondello and Palermo so a great option for visiting either. Highly recommend and thank you Cetty!

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

Amazing host, great location, and great property! Salvatore is supernice . place was stocked with groceries enough for our stay. he brought us free breakfast twice during our stay. he provided us with snorkeling gear, cell phone chargers, etc.for free. Thanks Salvatore!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

Great property, although the sea is a little far on foot. Great communication and very kind owners. Recommended

We had a wonderful stay here! it literally felt like home. Emanuele and his family went above and beyond to meet every need. Even at check in, our flight got delayed so we didn't arrive at the property till 1.30am, Emanuele still done everything possible to ensure we checked in smoothly. From local recommendations to having a fully stocked kitchen (including am amazing cake) our hosts ticked all the boxes, we barley had to lift a finger. To top it off, the villa was absolutely immaculate and with stunning pool and gardens. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay! We can't wait to come back. Love Alexandra and family.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful, family-friendly home in Palermo. The house was spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. What made it truly special was the large private garden, a safe and fun space where our children could play freely. The atmosphere was peaceful and positive. The hosts were kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo!

Silvio is a great host and was open to all questions and always available. The location of the apartment is unique. The kitchen is small but sufficient. By public transport it is easy to reach the somewhat more distant sights or the beach. Palermo is definitely worth a trip.

Very nice bright well-equipped apartment. Fantastic views. Amazing setting and a picturesque place. Walking distance to beautiful bathing spots and delicious restaurants & bakers. The terrace is wonderful, it would only be nice if there were cozy lounging options for all guests. In October there were no parking problems close to the apartment. Highly recommended!

Livio is one of the best people I’ve met and my stay with him will always be memorable. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the Theatre and there are two bus stops nearby. The house has everything you need for a long-term stay and Livio is always there to help if you need anything. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times and even came over to say goodbye in the end. I cannot recommend this place enough! Worth every penny. :)

There were four of us staying (two adults and two children/teens) only two days but we were more than fine. The apartment corresponds exactly to the description and photos. Clean, tidy and cozy. Located in a quiet and reserved area just a 10-minute drive from downtown Palermo. We did not personally meet Giorgio but he still proved to be a serious, attentive and always available person. I can certainly recommend it without a doubt.
