After a week spent in Maria's house, we can only recommend this place, as well as her host. Knowing that we were traveling with a baby, Maria made sure to allow us to take a seat in the house as soon as we arrived in Olbia, at 10am. Self check-in thanks to a key box, the house was spotless. Maria is a very available host, who will make your stay enjoyable. The house has all the necessary amenities (including for a baby), and is located in a quiet area, not far from the center of Olbia. We had a great holiday in Mario's Residence!

Staying at Barbara and Fernando's place was excellent! We came with a 10 month old baby. We expected a quiet and family place and it was exactly what it was. We had all breakfasts and dinners outside in the garden. There was shade in the garden in the morning and evening so you could take a break from the heat and the sun on the beach. Fernando personally greeted us and showed us around the place. He quickly answered all our questions. He also organized a crib and high chair, gave good local tips. He made us feel at home! The bedroom is large, the kitchen is enough to prepare meals. The bathroom is small. The furnishings and furniture are old, but it didn't interfere with rest. The living room is small, but we spent the whole time in the garden thanks to the good comfort. The location is great. Close to beaches, 10 to 20 minutes by car. Close to very good restaurant and supermarkets. Car is essential. Many thanks Fernando and Barbara!

Lovely place to stay! Very comfortable and clean, the location is not too bad but would say you definitely need a car as the buses are not the best and taxis really expensive Check in was easy and host was very helpful and responsive

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is located in a very quiet and private area with a private parking space as well as a very nice garden. The apartment is also very well appointed. We felt at home. Zalina and Ruggero were very nice and accommodating hosts. We would come back anytime and recommend the place to anyone.
