Spent 1 month 1/2 in this beautiful building, small studio, well-equipped kitchen, very well maintained building, quiet and safe. The plus is the bracelet for 50,000 pesos offering access to the Mercure hotel by the same elevator for the pool on the 3rd floor and also allows access to the beautiful beach and the parasol and chairs provided. Large balcony terrace allows you to expand the accommodation and eating there is more pleasant. Bus on the corner of the street allows you to get to the historic center or on the other side to Ciénaga for $2,400 pesos/pers for the center and for Cienaga $5,000 pesos/pers. Tours also possible, Mercure hotel at a fair price. The wifi is good, no Netflix, good bedding and hot water shower flow. I recommend it.

The apartment surprised us by how comfortable, spacious, clean and an amazing environment. Marjorie was all our stay pending, especially to facilitate our check-in, for which at the goal they were aware of our arrival and Lidia was waiting for us in the apartment to explain all the details of it. The immaculate pool and balcony towards the sea that gives way to the staircase that descends to the beach are beautiful and provide a plus to the comfort of the apartment (coming down there you quickly access the pier from which many excursions depart). We would definitely stay there again because it was a great week to spend time as a family in an environment of relaxation and friendliness of all the staff. We were very satisfied with the apartment and grateful to the building staff.

We liked the apartment and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but functional. One strong point is that for 6 people we had a large fridge. The place is very interesting and has everything you need for cooking. In addition, very practical shower and dryer. We had a lovely time at your place. Thanks

I honestly cannot say enough about how kind, accomodating and inviting Sebastian and his place was, especially for someone like ourselves visiting Colombia for the first time. Sebastian's apartment is in a quiet neighborhood that's really close to an amazing restaurant called Chef del Mar and a few other stores and supermarkets. Luis's place Casa Palenque was exquisitely done. A beautiful property that is an oasis of its own! Everything was well stocked. Luis was great and always responsive. He gave us several local recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. The location is central as it is very close to restaurants and transportation options. We loved our stay at Santa Marta!

Very friendly the person in charge, always available for any request, communicated with us before, the place is as described in the listing, it is very close to the airport so its arrival is easy, it is close to a main avenue so getting around to the center of Santa Marta no problem is close to public transport or taxis, it is close to the beach, it is a quiet area and ideal to rest I recommend it

We stayed with a group of 8 people in the cabin to celebrate Christmas and it was fantastic!!! We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing days in Santa Marta, the beach of beautiful horizon is delicious and the cabin was right in front. this was ideal for the seniors of the group. daniela and the work team that collaborated with the toilet and kitchen were excellent! all very friendly and warm.

We had a wonderful stay in Santa Marta. The villa is perfect for a group of friends. Alana is a super welcoming host and always ready to help, and share recommendations! She's really fantastic ! Very good location close to restaurants and bars; but take into consideration the very loud music from the bars next door until 1am/3am.

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything prepared for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it gives a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the rodadero, still you can walk to this beach or Gaira's. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a ici fridge why it made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

I cannot say enough about this place and the incredible host, MARGARITA!!! the place itself is beautiful with comfortable beds, A/C, and a gorgeous rooftop with hammocks overlooking the ocean. An incredible place to watch every sunset! Margarita herself is an angel. I have stayed at countless AirBNBs, and Margarita is my favorite host by far!! From suggestions where to eat, to diving, to literally teaching me spanish, she is incredible. Beautiful place and beautiful host! Highly recommend!!!

I recommend this apartment 100%. The place is really nice, quiet, and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. It is too complete. It is close to the beach, the common areas of the building are very clean and comfortable. An excellent place. If you are thinking of staying a few days to relax and be close to the beach, this is the ideal place. I would definitely come back. I really liked the apartment, it's spacious, very comfortable and clean. What they should do is help you with your luggage if you arrive early because it is very uncomfortable to walk around with suitcases on the beach

Very happy, the place is incredible, the rodadero is very close, everything is the same as the photos, the building staff is very friendly, it is very good option because you have many things to do inside the building, from the Jacuzzis, restaurant, bar, gym, to the incredible viewpoint on the terrace, I totally recommend it and of course I will come back again!

Excellent place, the location of the condominium is very good, very private and quiet, near the airport, it has very nice facilities and the staff service is very good, the apartment is very spacious and nice, it has all the amenities, it is very quiet and pleasant, they always answered our questions and we did very well throughout the stay.

Staying at Carmen’s apartment in the reserva Del Mar is always a great choice. A 1st class stay in every regard. Will be staying again in the summer.
