Nice and cozy place. A complex with spaces to enjoy. The attention of the complex staff is excellent. Gertrudis is very helpful and diligent. The cozy and spacious apartment. I chose the place for the spaces for children and the cinema because I was with my grandson, unfortunately there is no cinema and the spaces for children are still in maintenance situations that do not depend on the host, however it is important to inform. We had a great few days. Thank you 😊

The very pleasant, quiet and safe environment, the access to the CC Zazue and the exit to the beach are great, the view from the bedroom ppal me charm, sea and forest together. Everything is organized and impeccable. Our amphyriona Andrea, very attentive to our requirements!

The condo was walking distance to a large shopping mall with lots of stuff and the beach. The place was also kid friendly and my kids loved it.

Nice apartment close to a large shopping area with many restaurants and a supermarket. Clean and comfortable stay with easy check-in and a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a large family. We had 5 people and 2 babies, and the space was comfortable. Roberto's apartment is spacious, has a nice view and is very well located. It is wonderful to be able to use the private beach of the Hotel Costa Azul, as well as the pools. It is very familiar place. The apartment is very well equipped. The kitchen is very complete, and there is even a small table for the children to eat. The only challenge is that there are no stores or supermarkets nearby, so it's important to buy what you need from the start. But the advantage is that the hotel restaurant is available and it is also very viable to mobilize both by taxi and bus. Roberto is very friendly and helped us with agility to resolve concerns.

It was nice to be in Rodadero area but not in the center of all the crowds. It’s a great facility with nice pools and common areas. A few mini markets to pick up items and sundries. Several restaurant options very close by. Two of which are excellent. Quick taxi ride into the tourist district less than 5 minutes. You could walk if you like walking. I would stay here again.

Absolutely incredible house in the cloud forest of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Amazing architecture with breathtaking views of Santa Marta and the Caribbean Sea. If you are looking for a private secluded spot to check out and really enjoy natural surroundings this is definitely the place to go. Short drive to the awesome mountain town of Minca with lots of hiking..great restaurants..and laid back vibe. Esteban was onsite to greet us and overly accommodating. Incredible guy who was there to assist in any way possible. One recommendation..if you are renting a vehicle ensure you have a 4X4 for the last mile up the mountain road to his house. I was able to make it with a smaller suv but have experience in driving those types of conditions so not recommended. You can also park at the base and get a ride up if you prefer. Highly recommend booking this place and will go back!!!

The apartment is very well located, close to the zazue and one block from the beach. With respect to the toilet, the apto was very clean and organized as a recommendation the sheets could be changed since some were broken. From the rest we really enjoyed the stay 🤗

The garden apartstudio is very comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a multi-day stay. Located in a quiet, quiet area, perfect for a complete rest. In addition, it is a few blocks from the beach, shops, fast food and in a safe area, even to return late at night. The Wi-Fi is fast, the TV worked all the time, the bed was very comfortable, and the patio available for the apartment was a great plus. We felt very welcome thanks to José's attentive communication and the warm hospitality of Breiner, who were always available to attend to any need. We would definitely recommend it and return in the future.

This house is an amazing place to see. It’s huge and show how great we’re the houses build in the days. We felt at home and it was extremely easy and to get downtown and feel the city. Felipe is a great person. Always there to help and all the recommandations were the best for all activities.

The house is located about 30mins past Minca up the mountain. The road is paved the whole way, driving through switchbacks while dodging motorbikes as you climb higher into the mountains. I recommend you try and get there while there’s still daylight to feel comfortable on the ride. When we arrived, we were greeted by Samara and her family. Very kind and helpful to us for our whole stay. The place is very large and spacious with many indoor and outdoor spaces to chill. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals for large groups. Make sure you pick up groceries in Santa Marta as Minca doesn’t offer a full supermarket. There are lots of places to eat in Minca but being a 30min drive away, makes it impractical to eat there daily. At 1500m of elevation, the clouds would roll over the top of the ridgeline, sometimes engulfing the property in a cooling mist. The best part of this remote location was watching the sun set over the bay of Ciénaga off the front of the property. Just Magical.

I felt at home, the place is very cozy, the location is excellent, just a few steps away was a supermarket and the beach and very close to a shopping center. It is very well equipped, has many things to make you feel good. The building has good social areas. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent accommodation, the apartment is much wider than what you see in the photos, everything was perfect, the beach was very quiet, access to the pools and restaurant always available and the best thing was that Mr. Jaime was very kind and was always very attentive to our arrival and stay, ready to solve any questions or requests. Recommended 100%, we will stay again.

really a beautiful apartment with 2 beautiful bathrooms. Great views of the mountains and in the distance , the sea! Good internet, shopping mall, 3 super market less than a mile away. The only downside, a little far from Centro and Rodadero. Thank you Jacqueline!

We had a very quiet stay. The place is excellent to relax. It has supermarkets nearby and with a clean beach nearby. Amaranta behaved super well with our pets, she is very loving and quiet. The main room is located on the second floor of the house. The lady who cares and feeds the pets in the house is very good person, respectful and with good energy. A highly recommended place for rest plan. Thank you very much for everything
