We thought the apartment was super complete. We loved the decor, the comfort of the beds, and all the kitchen utensils. In addition to the Smartv TVs and air conditioners running perfectly and very modern. How we recommend we have 2 points that compared to other Airbnb's we think could improve: 1. Glass glasses are not of a very good quality and it is scary to use them. For example, the one we use is damaged when washing the sponge. And I think that for the cost we paid for the apartment, those utensils could be better or, failing that, in the case of damage, they are not charged separately. 2. Just as you have enough body soap for the stay, a shampoo and toilet paper could also be included. In our case we were coming by plane, it's hard to be buying and loading with toilet paper and shampoo. How I tell them, the above recommendations are compared to other Airbnbs that we have been to Samaria. We will be back, 5 stars

The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. Lorena responds quickly to messages sent. The beach is quiet, few vendors, you can walk along the beach to the shopping center. The building is clean, there is a cost of $70,000 pesos per manillas to be able to use the facilities, which is not included in the description of the apartment. I would recommend that the apartment have a water dispenser - 20 litre bottle. We were in the low season and Olympic I take the water until the next day.

The place is as presented in the photos, a very cozy, clean place, with easy access, with shopping centers and beach nearby. The truth would be back without any hesitation.

Jorge and his TEAM were absolutely adorable. Colombians work hard and this group was no exception. My husband and I love staying in places where we get an opportunity to meet people and Nuba did not disappoint. The little Cottage was clean and well maintained. The flowers, gardens and pool were well maintained. The only thing I would change would be to install. A wall air conditioning unit. The humidity was a little difficult for this Canadian to take but perhaps in time I’ll get more used to it! Thanks again to all for a great stay! Finally, if you are in the area, take advantage of the trip to the Flamingo Lagoon. It was fascinating!

Amazing space, I will be staying again!!

We have no regrets about our choice and Santa Marta. After visiting Rodadero Playa and seeing how crowded it was with local vendors traversing the beaches, we appreciate it even more the location of this lovely condo. As vegetarians, we had some difficulty at restaurants, this made the kitchen very important for us.

Staying at Carmen’s apartment in the reserva Del Mar is always a great choice. A 1st class stay in every regard. Will be staying again in the summer.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos, it is comfortable, functional and quite nice. The building's facilities, especially the terrace with the jacuzzi and pool, are extraordinary. I would totally come back.
