Great apartment. Nice and quiet with a good view. Close to restaurants and stores and everywhere is a short taxi ride away.

The place is very cozy, Sebastian was always very attentive and the communication with him was excellent. We spent a very special family time, we go with pleasant memories of Santa Marta. Thank you Sebastian for having us at this place!

Summer’s place is fantastic! Aside from the festivities over the Easter weekend, it was nice and quiet. The pool is huge and never busy. The beach, along with shops and restaurants, are all within easy walking distance. The unit looks just like the photos. It was a perfect place for our week long stay. The only challenge was the lack of hot water - made for chilly showers!

Cant say enough good things about Oscar. Super responsive, friendly and efficient. The guys in the apartment complex at the desk were also friendly and very helpful. Oscar even sorted out our laundry needs free of charge!! The location is a five minute walk to the beach and the same to all the best restaurants around the main plaza in Santa Marta. Its very safe and a good stepping off point to explore Santa Marta. Only small watchout is that the second bedroom at the front of the apartmentis noisy due to the road. Earplugs are recommended. Nice apartment that is well appointed, good location and exceptional host. Thank you Oscar!

We stayed for a week and everything was excellent, the apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need to be very comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the building has beautiful pools, the staff is very friendly, the area where it is located is safe, you feel very comfortable, you get to the beach super fast, they have their own awning area for the beach that you only book, you don't have to pay anything extra, there is a super nice shopping mall just a few minutes away, with a supermarket, shops, restaurants, we all really fell in love. Of course we would come back!!

We had a great time at Michael's apartment. Access to all hotel amenities makes you feel very comfortable. The apartment is very well furnished, and it is very nice and comfortable. View from the apartment is beautiful The area is very nice and safe to walk, the whole pier area is very nice, there are many restaurants, shops, bars... Michael was always attentive to everything we asked, we felt at home with a relative. Thank you!

The flat was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for beach access, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. The only thing we felt was missing was shower gel, Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Santa Marta!"

Excellent apartment. Very comfortable and with everything you need. It is located within walking distance of the beach and Zazué, where you can find different restaurant options. It's next to the Mercure and the Hilton, which makes it a good option if you want to go and take advantage of the buffet breakfast they offer. We had a small problem with the door, but when we expressed the complaint to Sandra, she was super friendly and helpful and managed to solve the problem for us. The building has several amenities, some of which must be reserved, such as the jacuzzi and sauna/Turkish bath. The pool is free to use from 12:00 PM, so if you want to go before that time, it is not open. We would definitely stay at the apartment again! Thank you very much

To begin with, the apartment and the residential complex as such are SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very kind from the beginning, taking care of the whole family, including the dogs. They helped us in every way to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, we traveled early and they managed it in the best way to get us the apartment ahead of time for our convenience. 100%RECOMMENDED

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Jhon and his team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering thoughtful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. He was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. But the real highlight was the view – truly breathtaking! Evenings spent on the balcony watching the sunsets were nothing short of magical. Our experience truly exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this place.

Perfect stay for families! We loved being right on the beach. The sunsets are beautiful. So few people are very quiet there. The pool is also close by which is easy with the kids. The accommodation is very large, the rooms very comfortable. Grocery stores are a bit far away, though. Christina is very responsive when we have questions. Loved our stay and would love to go back.
