The stay in Santiago's apartment was nice, the place is very peaceful and the nature is very relaxing. The beach is in front on the place and the tents are very helpful to enjoy the breeze and the sea. The decoration inside the apartment is really beautiful and Santiago is always responsive.

Our stay at this apartment was simply spectacular. The space is very spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. In addition, the views from the apartment are amazing, adding a special touch to our experience. The building has a beautiful pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying moments of tranquility. It was a plus that we really appreciated during our stay. Finally, I want to highlight the host's kindness and attention. He was very attentive at all times, responded quickly to all our questions and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Without a doubt, their helpfulness and good service made our experience even better. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay, with great facilities and an exceptional host. This area is considered for Short term rentals so parties and high volume were an issue. Very complicated to find a spot close to the beach and reservations for these spots are available at 12 pm!! For a short period of time!

An excellent place to spend time as a family. Everything is seen according to the photographs and has everything to have a wonderful stay, even if it is a long stay. Oriana is excellent and helped us in every detail with speed and warmth. My family and I felt right at home and will definitely stay there again, 100% recommended.

I stayed a month in this apartment and if I return to Santa Marta I will for sure stay there again! It’s a perfect apartment for one person, you have a lot of space, the kitchen is easy to use, you can clean your clothes in the washing machine and there is a balcony where you can sit when it’s hot outside/or just open the balcony door for fresh air in the apartment. You have a room with the bed and a place to hang your clothes, you can easily close the door if you want to the room for privacy. The bathroom is clean and has a good sized shower. The neighbourhood is calm and I felt very safe there. It’s walking distance to a big mall where you can find clothing stores, grocery stores, a food hall and an ATM. By the mall you can also find blue local buses that takes you all over Santa Marta. Just read the destination sign on the bus and pay as you enter. I honestly have nothing bad to say about Iskian’s apartment, it’s affordable and a great place to stay!

We felt comfortable at the place. Very good communication with Fabiola, quick response, always friendly and helpful and quick to respond. In a 10-minute walk you are in the old town, in 5 minutes at the market. Directly across the street there is a shop where you can buy the most important quickly.
