The apartment is very spacious, the view is spectacular, the beds are very comfortable, the condominium is excellent, the pools are very nice and clean, all the social areas are impeccable, the proximity to the beach and the shopping center facilitate the stay, the people of the condominium are very friendly, the area is very quiet, they were flexible with check-in and check-out time. We recommend this apartment and would return without hesitation, we look forward to returning soon.

We loved the place to my family and I, very clean, quiet, with easy access to the wet areas and the beach . I get a lot of attention from the excellent security you have, I highly recommend it. And very dear Mrs. Luz, both the owner and the lady who gave us the apartment.

We stayed at Javier’s place for a month and had a great time. The place is very comfortable and the host is wonderful - always responsive and provided extra details for the comfort of our stay. The location of the Airbnb could not be better: it is 5 minutes walking from the beach and 10 minutes from on the mall. Lots of restaurants close by. The building has great amenities and fantastic views of the sunset from the pool. It is quiet at night. The AC works well (units in every room). A great bonus was cleaning that comes with long-term stay. Amazing place, we would love to come back!

An excellent place, very clean and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view, both the owner and Mr. Alex, the manager, are very friendly and helpful, a good area, close to restaurants, you can go down to the beach through the facilities, you can walk to the bay, shopping area, souvenirs etc, of course I would rent this place again.

Our stay at Estefania's apartment was excellent. The apartment is spacious, clean and corresponds to the photos. Access to the pools, beach and common areas of the building is a great plus! Estefania and her team were ready for any questions. Highly recommended!

Oscar was very friendly and responded to our messages quickly. I was very impressed! The air conditioning in one of the rooms was broken but I appreciated the open communication about it beforehand.

We liked the apartment and the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom is a little small but functional. One strong point is that for 6 people we had a large fridge. The place is very interesting and has everything you need for cooking. In addition, very practical shower and dryer. We had a lovely time at your place. Thanks

the apartment was exactly as photos show. the pool was cleaned every morning. Stig was super good. if you go out at night, we'd recommend a taxi. we love walking and exploring; the distance to the historic district, the beach, the Malecon, stores, restaurants, cafes were all in walking distance

Such a great place, the hosts were so welcoming, the views were amazing, lots of wind but quiet at night, and really close to Tanganga town. I'd definitely stay again.

So nice, I stayed twice! Great staff at the building, and a great host. The building has really nice amenities. It's very close to the beach, and lots of nice stores and restaurants too. I hope to return again.

Family stay prepared even for travel setbacks. The apartment and the Wind building were the best choice. I traveled with my wife and 2-year-old son, and my brother and nephew accompanied me. The apartment and the building have all the amenities for a family stay, especially with the little ones. The building is a few meters from the beach, and the building has an outdoor shower to rinse off when you want to go back in. There is an exclusive elevator to enter with heavy suitcases, baby strollers and when you return wet after swimming at the beach. My brother had a gastrointestinal problem (it is not recommended to buy food from vendors on the beach) but he was assisted by medical personnel through the medical insurance that the building has contracted. The medical staff service at home was the best as they helped my brother with immediate assistance. Juan Fernando provided facilities and many other additional ones.

Peaceful place for a long stay. Shopping mall near with great restaurants at a good price. Irotama security ubiquitous throughout the resort. We wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great location, amazing views, excellent resort

The suite is very nice, it is not very large but it is perfect for two people. It has a partial ocean view and you can walk to the beach in 3 minutes. There are some restaurants very close and the hotel also has a restaurant service. It has cooking utensils to prepare breakfast or something simple. At the moment there is a construction site that could be seen in front of the suite, but thanks to the fact that the suite's doors are soundproof, everything was perfect. The owners were very friendly and allowed us a flexible check-in and check-out. We are very grateful for the opportunity to stay in this suite and we hope to return very soon.
