It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking downtown Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. New 4 person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. NO TRAILERS!!

The house was clean and comfortable. Adam & Saunta were available and thankfully we didn’t have any issues. I really enjoyed watching the deer and rabbits. This house is in a great central location to visit all that Western South Dakota has to offer and would stay again if my travels bring me back to the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Such a lovely home in a great location. It is obvious that lots of care and attention has been given to this home which lends to its comfy, homey feel. We appreciated the stocked kitchen where we could cook a meal as compared to other Airbnb’s that only offer the basics. Note that we had three grandparents in tow with mobility issues making this spot an excellent choice as it has no stairs to the main entrance and two bedrooms on the main floor with one connecting to the bathroom. Overall, lots of room for the eight of us and everyone was comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for BHSU graduation weekend!

We had a great stay! Amanda always responds quickly and even allowed my family who were arriving much earlier than us to have access a couple of hours before check in time. The house is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood close to pretty much everything. We would definitely stay there again especially when the pool is available to swim in.

What a little Spearfish gem! This house was perfect for our trip. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 dogs. The yard was absolutely fabulous! The interior was cute and inviting. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown, BHSU and many restaurants. I highly recommend staying in this cute house.

We came snowboarding during spring break and we had a great time! Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked nicely, house was clean. There were some toys that my little kids loved and played with the entire time. We did need to put it in 4wd to get up the driveway. Would definitely stay again!
