The Pro's: 1. Great location, near CTICC, walkable distance to V&A waterfront, some great restaurant selections nearby. 2. Good WiFi 3. Airconditioning 4. Tastefully furnished and well-stocked kitchen 5. Hassle-free check-in with 24hr concierge 6. Beautiful rooftop with views of the mountain and a pool The Con's 1. Construction work currently on-going with lots of noise, shouldn't be a problem if you're out for most of the day. 2. Parking: no dedicated parking, paid for parking prices quite steep at about R20/hour from 8am to 5pm, thereafter free. Obviously Leshoto can't be held responsible for either of the con's and she explicitly mentions the parking issue in the description. Overall great stay, excellent value for money! Please take care of Leshoto's beautiful crockery and appliances!

The apartment was pristine with beautiful views. It had everything we needed. The bedding was clean and the whole place was beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place. The host was amazing and responsive.

We had a wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment with all the amenities. we had great communication with Cathy, who was very helpful and friendly. unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short owing to a bereavement at home. However we are keen to return next year and will be happy to book again in the near future, many thanks to Cathy for all her help and assistance

From the moment you arrive, the place is stunning, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of the sparkling sea and iconic Table Mountain. The location couldn't be better, providing easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. With the beach just a short walk away, spontaneous strolls along the sand are wonderfully convenient and enjoyable.

Felt right at home the moment we walked in. The place is spacious, a few meters from stunning ocean views, and right in the heart of Sea Point. This place is exactly as described—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its location is ideal, within walking distance of great restaurants. What really stood out, though, were the thoughtful touches like the fluffy shower mat and the ambient sound system, which made the stay feel extra special. Janina is an outstanding host—attentive, communicative, and genuinely caring throughout the visit. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Cape Town!

We came with our 3 year old, 4 month old baby (and my mother also stayed with us) and the place was SO comfortable for all of us. I would have been happy if we stayed there our entire visit actually as we really had everything we needed. Kitchen crockery, cutlery, cookware and serving dishes were ample and varied. The dishwasher and washing machine worked well. There were little bins and laundry baskets in all the rooms and also more than enough plugs (which are small comforts airbnbs sometimes lack). Cupboard space is also very good. Beds and bedding were comfortable (although I prefer foam pillows). Marcy (their cleaner) was so playful with my son when she came in on our last day and Elaine and her husband were very warm people too when we met them at check-in and check-out so that also added to the experience. Basically, it is, in fact, as good as all the other reviews say ;)

Candice's place is accurately described, super neat and tidy. It is in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and has a "village atmosphere". We loved our stay and highly recommend the apartment.

This place gets a perfect score! The rooms are bright and very tastefully decorated. Everything is super clean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The garden with the mini pool is also very well maintained. We felt at home there. The surroundings are safe. Cute little cafes and restaurants are very close. We can imagine coming back next year.

This was our second stay at this exceptional property, and it remains one of our best experiences. The hosts are clearly house-proud, going above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The residence is stunning, modern, thoughtfully designed, and showcasing a brilliant design mind in every space. The well equipped upstairs kitchen, living room and pool deck are highlights, and the clean, open layout is outstanding. We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Vicki’s place! The house was clean & comfortable, and exactly like her pictures,the location was perfect for us. Vicki was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making our check-in process easy and ensuring we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches coffee, milk etc on arrival after a very long journey. Our kids loved the pool and we loved the braai area. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cape Town

Just a stone throw away from the promenade and the sea view from the flat is amazing. It is also within walking distance to main road where all the buzz is going. Check in was a breeze and communication is responsive. Will certainly choose to stay again when I’m in Cape Town. Highly recommend.

This Airbnb was fantastic. The location was perfect—right near great restaurants and a grocery store. The area felt very safe, and we were comfortable walking around at night. Apartment is in a safe location making it easy to explore the area. The Host added nice touches, like fresh flowers, which made the space feel welcoming. Little extras, such as coffee pods, were at thoughtful addition that made the stay enjoyable.

Great place, very safe, nice kitchen, cozy bedrooms, comfortable living room with access to terrace and barbecue grill, private and secure parking. Security 24/7 and cameras. 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and 3 minutes driving to supermarkets and restaurants

Great spot that's centrally located. Cafe at the base of the apartment was also great - there are a few hoops to jump through for check-in and out, but Brandon was very responsive and helpful the whole way. Great place and would recommend, all the amenities you might need in the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Zama’s place in Cape Town! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with a fresh, welcoming scent that made us feel at home right away. The location is excellent—very close to the V&A Waterfront—with a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere. Zama was an exceptional host. She kindly allowed us to amend our reservation and arrive a day earlier without any issues, and even offered us an early check-in. Throughout our stay, she checked in to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The area is very secure, with underground parking and visible security all around. We felt completely safe during our stay and found the whole experience incredibly relaxing. We would definitely return and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Cape Town!

We had a fabulous time at this apartment in Bantry Bay. Fabulous location, convenient to so many activities, with stunning views The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed complete with a box of gourmet treats to welcome us. So wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing below. Hezron was exceptionally helpful and responsive from the time we arrived (v late at night) to when we left. We would love to come back to this apartment again some day
