Wander through this stunning, bright townhouse and absorb design inspiration from its eclectic touches. Prepare a meal on the BBQ grill, take a swim in the pool, and light the fire pit while enjoying the sunset with family and friends. 11 The Retreat is only a 3 minute leisurely walk from the famous Camps Bay beach and restaurants. The house is spread over 3 levels. A 3 car private and lockable garage on the first, main living area inside and outside on the second level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the top and 3rd level. All levels are accessible by stairs and is therefore not wheelchair friendly or will not suit guests with walking difficulty. Accommodation is made up of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Toilets are not separate but there is an additional guest loo on the second level. The house has a small private swimming pool, fire pit and gas barbecue. Pick n pay and a great variety of restaurants are just a short walk away. The property was newly renovated in 2015 and refurnished October 2016. For the duration of your stay, you will have access to the entire home. I am phone call away to assist with anything you may need during your stay. Enjoy security and serenity in the amazing neighborhood of Camps Bay. Stroll for just three minutes to the beach or enjoy the restaurant hub and local shops. Exploring beyond the area is easy with easy access to Cape Town and surrounding areas. The Cape Town my City bus stop as well as the red Cape Town sightseeing tourist bus is nearby and approximately a 5 min walk. We can also assist with airport transfers and all other traveling requirements. Should you wish for us to shop for you and stock the fridge and pantry before your arrival, we can do that too at an additional service fee.

Curl up on the olive velvet sofa, then whip up a snack in the minimal black and marble kitchen to refuel before a coastal stroll. This haven right on the beachfront brings the outdoors in with a patio for alfresco dining admiring stunning sunsets. A newly refurbished studio apartment located on the Camps Bay beachfront, close to the Camps Bay strip of restaurants and bars and within walking distance to the notorious Clifton beaches. The apartment has an open plan bedroom, lounge, dining room and fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom with a private outside patio with dining table & chairs, sun loungers and a Weber gas barbecue. The studio also has private access from the beachfront directly up to the apartment. Access is from Victoria Road, with a private entrance with stairs up onto the private patio overlooking the ocean. Street parking is available on Victoria Road and adjacent side streets nearby. I am available to assist guests however I can to make there stay more comfortable. I love hosting guests and providing local suggestions and tips so that you can fully enjoy your stay in my home town of Cape Town and the most beautiful suburb of Camps Bay. Camps Bay is one of the most beautiful and sought-after areas in Cape Town with views of the 12 Apostles and the beach. The property has easy pedestrian access to Victoria Road and is less than a minute's walk from many restaurants and bars. You can walk anywhere in Camps Bay. Uber is very reliable in Cape Town. My Citi bus is a reliable bus service with links to the City, Seapoint and Hout Bay. There is a staircase which has direct access to the beach road. The studio is perfect for a couple or single person and has a private patio overlooking the ocean.

Walk to Camps Bay Beach from a Bright, Chic Home

Start the day with a energizing coffee in the quiet courtyard before a short stroll to beautiful Camps Bay. After a day of adventure and a trip on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, unwind in serene surroundings and admire Africa-inspired artwork. The space is within my home but is private and has its own entrance and off street parking. It is a spacious bedroom with plenty of cupboard space, a large luxury bathroom (including shower and bath), and a coffee station with a fridge. Outside is a small, private courtyard with table and chairs. Although there is not a view from the bedroom, it is only a 30 second walk to the beachfront. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Private entrance with parking inside secure complex. Flexible to clients needs The house is less than 100m from the Camps Bay beachfront, with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also close to the CBD and other popular attractions, such as the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, V&A Waterfront, and Lion's Head. MyCiti bus stops allow easy access to the rest of Cape Town, one of which is located just 100m down the road.

As a backdrop it has the famous Table Mountain on one side and the stunning beach on the other. There are many top restaurants located on the beachfront strip. Thank you to Candy Ann and Jason for a wonderful stay. We appreciated the beautiful clean apartment with absolutely everything we needed , very comfortable bed and pouffes and couches to enjoy the few. What a wonderful experience to sit in bed and watch the sea at sunrise hear the waves crashing at night. The Apartment is pet friendly completely fenced and private. Walking distance to a variety of coffee shops and restaurants for yummy take aways and the local beach is beautiful clean and a lovely walk with pets. A quick and beautiful drive to Kalkbay and Houtbay for the best dim sums at Yesca's Teahouse and amazing churros at Olympia Café was an added bonus. Jason was such a lovely considerate host and gave us a wonderful experience of Kommetjie and we are already planning when we can go back .

What a wonderful stay at this cool, clean and stunning place. Spacious, exactly like pics and so centrally located. Host was welcoming, responsive, friendly and supportive. So many nice touches for kids and play areas. The location was so central, could take walks to the start and the perfect viewing location to support my husband along the Two Oceans route. Will defs be back and strongly recommend.

Dolly was an amazing host, super helpful right from the moment we booked. She was super proactive sorting any questions we had and sorting them on time. Walking distance from the beach, away from the main city which made it peaceful and with all the great restaurants you need. Easy to get uber to the main city attractions which she did also recommend some. I would definitely recommend and come back

This stay was absolutely beautiful and exactly the break I needed. The apartment is stunning—thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. It had everything I could possibly need and more, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless and convenient. The atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. Truly worth every penny. The host was also wonderful—responsive, kind, and made everything incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

Kelly is the sweetest, and a very communicative host. The place has a great view of the ocean, felt safe, and is in walking distance of camps bay restaurants and the beaches - both camps bay and Clifton. We had AC in one of the bedrooms which was great. We really enjoyed our stay.
