ALKANTMOOI This cozy apartment is situated on the mountainside with beautiful views of the ocean. It is separate and private from the main house and has a heating system for the winter. On the eleventh of January 2019 we had a fire in Bettys Bay that burnt a lot of vegetation, but that will grow back in time and the beautifull view from here will never change. Other nearby attractions is the African penguins, hiking trails, kayaking, wine tasting and whale watching.
“The place is absolutely lovely and it has an outstanding view over the ocean. Our stay was short but we got to enjoy the place and the surroundings. The area is calm, ideal for those who don't enjoy places crowded with tourists. Renate was a great host, super welcoming and seemed to understand her guest's needs. Hope to go back sometime :)”
Kalliste is a luxurious 2 bed cottage with bathrooms (showers) en suite, private lounge and convenience kitchenette. The cottage offers amazing sea and mountain views and is designed to offer our guests an escape into tranquility. Although we do accept bookings for 1 night stays, our guests say an ideal minimum stay should be at least 3 - 5 days to allow one time to explore the area. 5 nights is recommended.
“We enjoyed a wonderful week at this special place. Doesn’t matter how the weather was. Couldn’t get enough from the spectacular view. Therese and Garth are wonderful hosts and they topped all expectations. We like the furnishing and decoration of the cottage. Everything is super clean and very comfortable.”

“A perfect spot to unwind and connect with your partner, yourself and nature. We spent hours just watching the ocean that's right outside the doorstep from the big lounge window. A place of peace and rest! And even in winter, it was cosy with a gas heater, heating blankets and thick duvet. Thank you Hugh!”
