Great place to stay for a few days. The stay was comfortable and the host responds quickly. He also helped us out with an early check-in even though he had guests check-out the same morning

This place is great. The space was clean, roomy, and had all advertised features and amenities. It’s only a 6-minute walk to the T, and downtown Boston is only a couple of stops away. I’d definitely stay here again.

This place is an amazing find in a lovely area of Swampscott. Their home is situated right across the street from the water, and it’s less than a five minute walk to many area restaurants and shops. Ryan was very accommodating with a last-minute booking, he sent clear instructions so check-in was easy. His home is beautiful and very spacious - and the listing photos are an exact representation of their home. Ryan was also extremely responsive to any questions, and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and even provided recommendations for places to go. I do hope to return for another retreat stay as there were many places to walk and explore and we didn’t cover it all in our time there. This is also very close to Salem/Boston but is tucked away from busy city and everyone in the area was friendly. I highly recommend booking a stay in their home, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

My family and I stayed at Chau’s place for a few days while visiting relatives in Boston . We had a great experience; the unit was clean, spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The host was helpful and responsive and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a wonderful stay at Janet’s Airbnb while visiting for my graduation with family. The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped—making it a comfortable and welcoming place to unwind. Although there was some occasional noise from a neighboring property late at night, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. What truly stood out was Janet’s kindness and responsiveness. When my child accidentally spilled a drink on the bed, she promptly brought fresh sheets without any hesitation, and did so with warmth and understanding. Her hospitality and the quality of the home made our trip all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying at Janet’s place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-hosted Airbnb experience.

Stay was great. The only note was the tv sometimes froze and was unresponsive. Kinda of a bummer when you have been on your feet all day and just want some screen time before bed. Other than that the stay was great. The host was great and gave multiple recommendations of activities to do around the city. Everything was clean and private and a great price. Definitely recommend for your next stay.

L’appartement est charmant, situé dans un quartier très agréable avec plein de restaurants à proximité. Au premier étage sans ascenseur. Légèrement bruyant la nuit avec le son de rue qui remonte mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de dormir non plus. Tout est fidèle aux photos et à la description. Nous ne pouvions pas vraiment laisser la poussette de notre fils en bas des escaliers car l’immeuble est étroit et ça aurait gêné le passage mais ça n’a pas dérangé mon mari de la porter jusqu’à l’appartement. Le lit est assez petit tout comme l’espace chambre mais nous avons quand même réussi à dormir à 3 avec notre fils de 3 ans. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la suite uptown et serions ravi de revenir !

We enjoyed our stay at Terry and Mindy’s place. It had all the amenities needed and well appointed kitchen and bedrooms. We were there over the weekend and were able to find plenty of parking on the cross street at all times. The hosts are super responsive and flexible.

We loved staying here. So close to public transport and very easy to get around. Great local bars and restaurants in walking distance. Appreciated getting to experience a true New England home while in Boston.

Ryan's place was as described on the website. The upstairs unit was clean and comfortable. We were able to easily find parking on the street. There were only a few Keurig cups and only two tea bags for the first morning but Ryan quickly responded and a new drip coffee maker was quickly delivered. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are numerous areas where there are slight changes in floor height creating trip hazards and opportunities for stubbed toes. Overall the place is as described and is very comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet and sunny. My family of four enjoyed staying here.

This was a splendid stay for two nights. The space is quiet, peaceful, clean, and private. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous as well, we had our morning coffee hanging out with the owners dogs! Host is a very friendly man and we are very, very excited to book a stay for next year!

Maria was absolutely amazing! She was welcoming and warm without being obtrusive. She went well beyond her duties as host to make our stay comfortable and smooth and perfect. It felt like home and she was extremely helpful and flexible with a few unplanned situations on our part. The apartment is in the midst of the most beautiful neighborhood in Cambridge, and less than 10 minutes walking distance from Harvard Square, and to the Tstation for Boston. Maria’s apartment and her kindness made our days in Cambridge perfect. Thank you!

I really rock with this home. Both bedrooms are pretty identical in layout, the beds are comfortable and spacious. There's a kitchen with utensils, cups, plates, etc all accessible. The smart TVs have Netflix to enjoy for entertainment. Both couches in the living room are also good for another guest to sleep if necessary. I slept on the couch just fine. The place itself is not a far walk from transit. You are also in good proximity to a few good food places in Roxbury. Adler is a kind host, and they provided clear instructions and communication my time at the home.

3rd time we stay here. What bigger recommendation can we give? Friendly, cozy. Nice little yard out the back. Very responsive, lovely, host.

I had a lovely stay with my two kids. From the initial confirmation, Erin was always super responsive and we found everything we needed in the apartment. We had plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kids slept like logs. Thank you Erin!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. It was very roomy and clean. Plenty of room for our family with adult children to relax when we were there. The Blue Line train being across the street was a huge plus since we were in town for our daughter's graduation and were on the go quite a bit. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I have the chance. Great experience.

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure!
