This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We had an amazing bachelorette weekend at Yelitza's place! There was plenty of room for all 10 of us, and the amenities, especially the pool, were fantastic and matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal, so close to the beach with plenty of stores within walking distance, or a quick drive. Yelitza was very responsive; I only had to reach out a couple of times with questions, and she responded right away with helpful solutions. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed here while visiting family at Thanksgiving. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is clean and we appreciate that the linens are provided.

We absolutely loved the living environment there. It was incredibly quiet, providing the perfect peaceful retreat. The landlord went above and beyond by sending us over 20 detailed instructions in advance, explaining how to use every facility in the apartment. From start to finish, everything was meticulously arranged. We were all extremely satisfied with this stay

We booked Shan’s home for a summer getaway. Loved everything about the experience! Shan is an amazing host. The house is really well put together. And there is so much to do. The pool. The hot tub. The deck was perfect to watch the kids in the pool and hot tub. Inside the space is super comfortable, very neat and clean, and the finished basement really adds a ton of useful space. The location was great being walkable to both Manasquan and Sea Girt towns. Overall we loved it!

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and it was exactly like the pictures! The house was in a great location, right near the beach it was a 10 min walk and was located near all the fast food areas. The only downside of our visit was the thermostat wasn’t working so our host sent us portable heaters but every time we plugged them in, it would short fuse the house and we would have to go to the basement to the fuse box and switch the lights. The home was very lovely and we will definitely be back to stay!

This place was the perfect little getaway from our busy blended family life! The bed was insanely comfortable, very plush comforter and pillows, everything was clean, and it is RIGHT on the ocean. You can lay in bed and see the sunrise! Definitely exceeded my expectations and Dean was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I highly recommend and this will be my go to getaway spot.

The Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant. We LOVED the location. Very close proximity to great seafood restaurants, fun bars and a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kitty, the host, was great! She was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with our booking. She made the overall experience super easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this older but very clean and well-kept 3-bedroom home in Pemberton, NJ. The house was exactly what we needed—comfortable, spacious, and in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. It truly felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect for us—just a short drive to the military base, the shore, Atlantic City, and Philadelphia. We were in the area for a family reunion, and the house provided the ideal space for family members to visit. There was plenty of room for a small group, and everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the home was warm and welcoming. We felt safe, relaxed, and well-accommodated throughout our stay. My wife and I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area who’s looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. We’ll definitely be keeping the host’s contact information for our next trip to New Jersey!

We had a wonderful stay in Spring Lake. The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to town. The house was clean and well equipped!

Robert’s place was incredible! Beautiful interior with stunning art and decor… plus super clean and updated. Everything from the comfortable beds to the bikes and beach chairs made our stay perfect. Robert was super responsive to all of our questions, even when we accidentally forgot the bike lock code and had to reach out for a quick reply! The location is so perfect - conveniently close to everything in Asbury park. Hope to come back and stay here again!

Great location, and very friendly and attentive hosts! I really appreciated Pete’s kindness and how responsive he was! I also really appreciated the crib and the high chair table for my 20 month old.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

We had a great family stay at this bnb.. our big family travelled from several different countries for a wedding and this was a great place to stay. Feels like home, had all the amnesties that such a big family would need. Very very spacious. And the host was very responsive. The neighbourhood was peaceful and quite, yet two streets away on a walkable distance you find great Resturant with all kind of cuisines including Italian (quite a few), sushi, shawarma, ice cream shops and Francine. Train station is a walkable distance. Costco and lidl was also in a short drivable distance.

Thank you for hosting my daughters girls weekend . The girls loved how clean it was and felt very safe and comfortable. Having two bathrooms was definitely a positive . Would definitely book for a weekend get away with girls again

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

We were up in NJ for a wedding and my family was able to stay together at the house and enjoy the lake and amenities. It was a great time and we were able to catch a few fish and visited the restaurant on the water Yariv recommended! Thanks so much for the great place and all the help.
