For those who don’t know the area, this is your chance to explore it-local style! Downhill to the closest beach, 3min by car or 10min walk. Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. We offer 2 free MTBs during your stay to explore even more ;)

Nikiti Dream Villas (Lemon)

Villa Lemon has a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 sleeping rooms, 2 bath rooms, a large lounge/dining terrace, a small terrace where you can sit in the shadow in the afternoon and a balcony with sea view. It is fully furnished and has a modern design where natural materials such as stone and wood are mostly used giving the interior a warm, intimate feel. The villa is 70 square meters and can accommodate up to six people in one double bed, two single beds and on the sofa bed in the living room.

Forest Villa in Kriopigi

Our villa is located in Kriopigi inside the forest (is all you need to relax ) . The distance from the sandy beach is 7 minutes driving (2,7km) . The villa has 2 floors and consists of 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , living room and kitchen . Outside we have private swimming pool and some barbecue space . The house is fully equipped. Bedroom 1 has 1 double bed , bedroom 2 has a double bed and at the living room there is one bunky bed and 2 sofa beds. The house is ideal for families and friends.

The small house is located in the heart of the historical settlement of old Nikiti right next to Chorostasi, the place where the feasts and festivals of the traditional village took place. The house is structured with the traditional architecture of the place, made with the materials of stone and wood. A beautiful and cozy Sunset House with a wonderful sea view, just few steps from crystal clear sea. This private house includes two bedrooms ,living room with kitchen,two bathrooms ,yard and big balcony with amazing view. It also has an outdoor shower and a barbeque in a yard. The beach is very close on foot. The main square of village with markets and restaurants is only 7 minutes' drive.

Views of all views come and enjoy this 1 bedroom.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
