My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

It is ideal for families with children since the area is completely safe. The beach is sandy and the water clear. The house has a lovely garden with a lawn and barbeque where you can relax all day, and especially at night, enjoying the full of stars Greek sky. The decoration is modern in light color tones.
