The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

The hosts welcomed us in a very friendly way. They served us a delicious snack and an aperitif and a tiramisu was ready in the fridge. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Particularly nice is the covered terrace and the small garden. Everything is very well maintained and the views are outstanding. We spent some wonderful days here and would love to come back. This apartment is the best apartment I have rented so far. There are lots of positive reviews to read here. They are all correct.

Our stay at Giulia’s place was everything we look for in an Airbnb. It gave us the feeling of a local experience. It was just like the photos- a clean and pleasant living space, super comfortable bed, had the amenities we needed, along with the beautiful view. We enjoyed many meals sitting out under the shade awning overlooking the vineyard. It was a relaxing home base for exploring Bardolino and other towns around the lake. Giulia was a great host and meeting her and her lovely family made it a memorable experience. Thanks Giulia! Linda and Mike

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

A great apartment in an amazing location - right in the heart of Sirmione! Hosts are helpful and friendly :) Sofa bed was quite small for an adult but the entire apartment was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone!

We spent Christmas at Stefano's place, our experience during this time was: - very quiet and relaxing neighbourhood; very close to inexpensive and good grocery shops (Migross, Penny) - awesome evening/morning views on the mountains - kitchen had everything needed & more (including a salad spinner!) for self-catering; pots, pans everything in good condition - Bedroom was very quiet and clean; good mattress; great for our needs - Bathroom very clean; everything available for our stay; great natural lights - Balcony was great for eating breakfast outside in the morning (our favourite!) --- Other: - appr. 40min walk to old-town Sirmione with its Castle; the Spa and Grottoes of Catullus; good bus connection to Peschiera and Verona. We would come again for a Christmas vacation!

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!

We had an incredible stay! Marta was an exceptional host and the apartment and location was perfect. It’s about a 2-3 min walk for the Desenzano centre and a great base for exploring the rest of lake Garda with the ferry port close by. We will 100% be coming back :)

Great place to stay if you want to expore Sirmione and relax. Quite away from touristic spots - so always easy to drive and always available slots. Takes around ten minutes by bike / car to get to the very center of Sirmione. Also a enough available stuff around aroung - lake, cafe, market. The apartment itself is just like in the description.Its fully equipped with furniture, great nice kitchen, lounge sofa, terrace. The price is reasonable. I would stay again.

Massimo was great responsive helpful with transportation . Somebody that was very eager and willing to help us have the best experience, I can’t say enough about how awesome and beautiful our stay was. 10/10 If would like to explore all the areas lake Garda has to offer I would recommend getting a car or Massimo has a great driver available

We had a great time in the apartment. Everything was exactly like on the photos, from the terrace we even had lake view. We especially enjoyed the quiet area, we had the pool always for ourselves and you reach the lake within 5 minutes by feet. Tiziana and Marco live right nextdoor, but we didn’t notice them. They were great hosts, always answered super fast when we had questions and welcomed us with a big breakfast selection for our stay. We would always come back! 💛

We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

It was a fantastic stay. The hosts are really welcoming, they stayed until late in the evening to wait for us when we were late to come. The next day they helped us to wash our clothes and let us stay overtime just to dry. Some extraordinary people. The location is splendid, close to the guard lake, with a winery behind the house where you can walk. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing place! Walkable to train station for other areas, ferry to other parts of the lake 5 minutes walk. Denis goes out of his way to help you and booked our taxis for us to and from the airport. Wonderful gentleman and was an amazing week! Didn’t want to leave !

Arezia’s home is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully curated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind, cook meals, and get inspired by the impressive collection of art books. Located in a charming, non-touristy area, it offers a great base for exploring the many picturesque towns around the lake. The beach is walking distance from the apartment. Arezia is a wonderful host—thoughtful, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips to make your stay even more enjoyable.

We had a very nice week at the property. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and you have a great view from the beautiful terrace. The neighborhood is very nice and has many bus stations. The hostess welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always helpful and available. She gave us great recommendations and tips. We are very satisfied and would keep coming back.
