Exceptional neighborhood and property. Quiet, clean, and organic. I was in the cute cottage which had the best view from the front window. The mesa airport trail and vortex is less than 10 min on foot. Less than a mile from 89 airport road - Whole Foods and several restaurants! Arna & Terri are great hosts, kind, attentive, accommodating, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. ☮️💟🕉️

Great place convenient location to restaurants and shops

Michael’s place was just lovely! It had everything we needed - extra linens, washer/ dryer, kitchen essentials, etc. The deck is outstanding. We roasted marshmallows nightly on the deck fire pit, among the pines and under the stars. Breakfast on the deck. Nice dining table to have a relaxing dinner with our family of 5. Loved it. Location is just S of Flagstaff in Kachina village (gorgeous spot) which was convenient enough to town and made the trip to and from a bit quicker. Thank you!

beautiful little spot to stay in for a weekend getaway. The studio was cozy clean and close to all the attractions that Sedona has. such a pleasure to stay there and kylla made it really easy to get information when needed.

Look no further than this Airbnb! It is quiet, peaceful, quaint, and extremely clean! The location couldn’t be better, it’s just a short trip down the road to all of the great things Sedona has to offer. Lars is great! He is so welcoming and was always there for any questions. The location was perfect as it is walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short drive to hiking trails. The host was very responsive and helpful. The space was very comfortable. Had a fabulous time…thank you!

This was a truly lovely place to stay. From the minute we walked in we felt comfortable and cozy. The layout inside is very open and spacious, it doesn’t feel crowded. The space has everything you would need- full kitchen, bathroom, couch, bed, TV, grill, outside table/chairs, and fire pit. The views of the mountains during the day and stars at night are absolutely beautiful! Amigo (tiny dog that welcomes you to the property) left his mark on our hearts. There was alpaca food in the cabin and we were able to feed them, which was a great addition! Would definitely come back for another stay.

Nikkis place is amazing and we felt right at home. She had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We sat out on her lovely deck both nights, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and weather. Her place is conveniently located near several of our favorite spots in Sedona. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful quiet place in a neat neighborhood. Walked to the chapel! Definitely worth the money. Only negative is the bed is truly firm, if it was more cushioned it would have been the perfect Airbnb.

It was a lovely stay! Very cozy and exactly as described. We would stay again for sure!! The jacuzzi was definitely an added bonus after a day of hiking in Sedona!

Listing as described and photos represent the place well. Lights lined the driveway which made it easy to identify the place. Checkin and checkout was seamless. Place was clean and an affordable option to stay close to the Sedona area.

We couldn’t believe Kirk’s place was available for our weekend away to Sedona, but so glad it was! This was my husband’s first time to Sedona and his first comment was how great our AirBnB was! Looks just like the photos, clean both inside and outside, easy check in! Very peaceful and walkable to local trails, short drive into the city for shopping and breweries. 10/10 would recommend Kirk’s place, can’t wait to stay here again!

This was a beautiful, modern retreat from the hustle and heat of phoenix. It was quiet and peaceful up in Oak Creek Canyon. Grateful it was pet friendly and super clean. Amazing views of the red rocks and a quick walk to the Indian Gardens (the best little cafe!) Would recommend for a solo or couple traveling through Sedona!

Andrea's please is exactly as advertised. Plenty of space for me and my dog. SO quiet. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Oh, and the Jeep tour was FANTASTIC!!

We are so glad we chose this place for our stay in Sedona! It had everything we could have asked for. There were so many little details that did not go unnoticed and the location is perfect! My husband and I both agreed that if we needed to come to Sedona again, we’ll definitely be staying here! Super clean, super organized and instructions are sooo clear. Easy clean up too! I had a wonderful stay at Rachelle and Jon’s place. The place was peaceful, quiet, and impeccably clean. It was perfectly set up for both short and long-term stays, with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. The space is ideal for one or two people to enjoy, whether you’re there for a brief getaway or an extended stay. The location was also fantastic—having a car made it easy to access all the hikes and activities I had planned. Rachelle and Jon were also incredibly flexible with me, and I was very happy with the communication. They even allowed me to check out a bit later, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

We loved spending our anniversary at Joys. We brought our pups and loved the private use of the patio. She even got a grill for us to use! The perfect location to everything! Everything was super clean and comfortable for our stay. We loved every minute and can’t wait to go back. I will say if you want to sleep in there is a sky light that would wake us up with the sun. I loved it, my wife would have brought a mask lol. Everything you need and more for your stay.

Jina was very kind, friendly and helpful. Her location has beautiful views of the Red Sedona Mountains, but is tucked away for peace and quiet. very nice home that was well stocked with goodies. We would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet, cozy and tastefully decorated place in a great location within walking distance of a park, pool and hiking trails. So nice to have a full-sized washer & dryer and reverse osmosis water dispenser for all our hiking excursions. The host returned our communications quickly and was very accommodating. Great stay!

This was a perfect spot for our first visit to Sedona. It was a quiet neighborhood. Nice to come back to after hours of hiking. It was a comfortable setup and we enjoyed the private little patio to have our lunch on. It was also not too far from anything really and you could walk to many restaurants. Katie was very responsive to any questions that came up. We would recommend this spot and we would happily return here.

Amazing stay, perfect size, lovely outdoor patio. This stay had it all and provided the perfect environment for me and two buddies to connect with nature and have some delicious meals!

Easily our most satisfying BnB ever. Comfortable, welcoming room. The most amazing panoramic view of the cliffs across the valley. Quiet setting in nature. But - the best of all was to discover what a wonderful person Host Millie is when we were able to meet. 👍👍👍👍

My fiance and I enjoyed every minute of staying in Georgia's studio room. Check-in was simple and easy, all we had to do was follow Georgia's instructions. When we first walked into the place it felt like we had just walked into a high end hotel room, it was spacious, very well cleaned and kept, everything worked, and all the amenities and features of the room were there. Georgia and Nick are also so kind enough to put pamphlets and brochures about Cottonwood and the surrounding towns in the welcome folder. The area was so quiet and peaceful that you could hear a pin drop. Also, the beds are to die for, I don't know what mattresses they have for the beds but I'll tell you it was the best sleep I have had in ages. It was as though we were sleeping on clouds. I highly recommend Georgia's listing for great get away if you are looking for peace and quiet and great hospitality.
