You will begin your 1 hour tour with introduction of our security team Max and Cisco our Livestock guard dogs, you will see our pregnant alpaca dorm, then the maternity and nursery. We will then head down to our mom's and baby girls, next our show girl pens. We will then move on to our mom's and baby boys and then down to our Herdsires. At each location we will educate and answer question on alpacas. We end the tour at the farm store where you can see end product from the alpacas Other things to note Bring your camera's, it is a working farm so wear shoes that is good in desert terrain and lastly you will be around farm animals expect the unexpected.

***Hello Friends! Please read below before booking!*** Although the view outside was spectacular, the passerbys now that come to play disc golf have often been very loud & negligent of the shared space, interrupting the sensitive nature of sound journeys So I only host outdoor experiences now for private parties/small groups upon specific request. Guests will arrive at designated address, where I will greet them. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided. We will start by getting grounded with a light meditation, then a prayer circle of intention setting. I offer the option of administering rapay (pronounced hapeh) a blend of herbs and ground South American tobacco as a precursor and aid to the shamanic soundbath. I highly recommend partaking in it, as it PROFOUNDLY and immediately roots the spirit and body straight into the grid. We then begin facilitating a guided ceremony of psychosomatic therapy using sound bowls, chanting & shamanic drumming. For closing, I channel with/without my card deck, where I tap into the unconscious of each guest & communicate any messages that want to come through from the deep. These messages can be very cathartic.

Conscious Breathing Meditation involves directing awareness to the breath and developing habits that improve respiration. Conscious breathing can aid in stress reduction and improve respiratory conditions. Doing this in our retreat center takes both Conscious Breathing and Meditation to another level. You will experience a guided Chakra Balancing visualization and will finish the class feeling more grounded and lighter from the release of blocked emotions. For many centuries yogis have used breath control, or pranayama, to promote concentration and improve vitality. Buddha advocated breath-meditation as a way to reach enlightenment. Science has only recently begun to study and prove some breathing practices are beneficial. Studies have found, for example, that breathing practices can help reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. We will start the class with focused attention to the breath following specific breath techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the lymphatic system and to slow the brain waves to a low alpha or theta. I will be using a Tibetan Singing Bowl and guided visualization to enhance your experience. You will have the option to lay down or sit on cushions or on a chair. It will be a healing experience. For groups, this can take place on the Red Rocks!

We will be E biking the Red Rock Loop Rd. where beautiful Cathedral Rock sits. Visiting a federal park and see unique sights along the way. Birdwatching, hiking, and cool photography are included in ride. The guide is knowledgeable about the area and knows the local secret spots to explore and photograph. You get the very best that Sedona offers and a great way to familiarize yourself with the area. The bikes are suitable for 14 yo and up and most fitness levels. Minimum 4’11”. It is optimum to be physically fit. The tour lasts 2-1/2-3 hours We bike most of the time, but take a few breaks to talk about the area, and small hiking excursions, excellent for taking exclusive photographic shots of Cathedral Rock and the Cathedral Rock Vortex. We visit Oak Creek and basque in the beautiful trees and beaches.
