Great place to stay the pool and hot tub were super relaxing in a quiet area super peaceful

Perfect for our family of five! House was conveniently located. Near grocery store, restaurantd and attractions. Household activities kept our kids (ages 6-15) occupied and were great condition. The Backyard was a true Oasis. Would definitely stay again in a heart beat.

Travis is a super host and his place is absolutely amazing. Location, amenities and the layout are awesome. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels. A very beautiful and well maintained home. Travis was very very responsive and although we didn’t have any big issues, we asked a couple of questions and he responded immediately. At one point we even thought his Ninja mixer was broken and he ordered another one immediately but we realized it was not broken and thankfully he cancelled it. Just goes to say how far he will go to make your stay nice and problem free 5 star++ for sure! Thanks a lot Travis. When we are back, we will definitely be in touch. Alan

It had everything we needed and was very close to things we wanted to do. It was so quiet and cozy that we felt right at home Great place to stay and Kelsi was very attentive and responsive.

The Copper House was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We had easy access to all of the attractions we planned on visiting. In addition, the house is just a few blocks from trail access to the South Mountain Park, which we took advantage of several times during our visit. Calin was a wonderful host. He was very responsive to our inquiries and it was evident he wanted us to feel comfortable and happy during our stay. We appreciated the detailed informational binder, as well as the notes around the house that provided instructions for operating things . That was a nice touch. The house is perfectly depicted in the photos on the site. It was clean, inviting and comfortable. The backyard is beautiful, private and peaceful. The neighbors were friendly and quiet and we returned their kindness by respecting the neighborhood and the property. I would highly recommend this house and the hosts! We had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

Amazing... This property is such a great find. We are a bigger family, 8 of us total, and this home was wonderful, our kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Plus it is locally centered with a Walmart Supercenter less than a mile away. Which made it easy to do shopping and feeding the whole family without breaking the bank. I absolutely fell in love with this place if it was available to buy, I would've lol... The absolute perfect vacation spot for a family. Thank you for having us. Next time we head to Phoenix for another Baseball Tournament we will definitely be hitting Janet up. Your the best Janet!!! The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We spent a month vacationing and working remotely at Kate's place. It was the perfect setup and location. We met some of the neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Kate was very responsive and proactive with communication. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness stands out throughout the home. It's clear the hosts understand what it takes for a stress free, enjoyable stay! We appreciated the accommodations for our dogs too. It's rare to stay in a place that allows dogs and have it be as clean as Kate's. It was spotless and you wouldn't know that other dogs have been there. We highly recommend Kate's place and we can't wait to go back.

Kyle's place was the perfect getaway for our family. It was incredibly relaxing, and our dogs felt right at home. Our 6-year-old had plenty to keep her entertained with the giant Connect 4 game, yard pong, and, of course, the jacuzzi. The view of the lake made it feel like we were far from everything, even though all the local attractions were conveniently close by. My favorite part was sitting in the jacuzzi, watching the ducks float by on the lake—it was so peaceful. The beautifully decorated backyard made it hard to leave; it truly felt like a little oasis. Plus, Kyle was great at communicating throughout the whole trip, making everything smooth and stress-free. We can't wait to come back!

This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in since having a kid! Our 18-month old felt right at home and entertained with the books, toys, playground and easy-to-play music, and we felt at home with plenty of space for privacy, working remotely and a very comfortable primary bed/room. Highly recommend to families!

Laura’s place was perfect for our stay over New Years Eve! Her place was clean and free of clutter. Her backyard was perfect for our dogs with a spot for them to do their business and a jacuzzi that was an extra bonus! The neighborhood was peaceful and the area was nice! Thanks for a great stay! Our stay was extremely comfortable inside and out. We enjoyed the hot tub and seating areas by the pool. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for all our needs. I highly recommend this home, which is very walkable to Old Scottsdale and City Hall green space, coffee shops and restaurants.

I stayed at Billy‘s place with my teenage daughter, my sister, and her teenage daughter. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved having two bathrooms and a bed for everyone to sleep in. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we easily were able to make meals at Billy‘s place. The complex is quiet and has a quick access to the airport, ASU campus, and hiking. We loved staying at Billy‘s and if we ever visit Phoenix again, we would definitely stay there.

Jeffrey was very responsive without being intrusive. We made a small request and it was promptly addressed and he was very friendly. Highly recommend this home in a lovely quiet neighborhood. It has a wonderful backyard area as well we particularly enjoyed.

Ian’s place was perfect for me and my dogs! So well-designed and super comfortable with perfect little outdoor spaces both private and charming! Couldn’t have asked for more to suit our needs - absolutely great night’s sleep on the king sized bed and just such a breathable and fresh space. Would stay here again in a heartbeat (and may, if the opportunity presents!) Ian was friendly, communicative and an ideal host!

Grant's place was great for a long stay. It was very clean! He was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay due to delays on a house we were buying. We stayed there through June and A/C worked very well for Phoenix in the summer!

A gem of a location. The private yard is fantastic in the spring when the temps are below 75 and the orange tree is fruiting! House has all the listed amenities and is very quiet. Was on a business trip by myself but I'd easily take my family here. Big recommendation.

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.
