Our stay at Eduardo’s was cozy and comfy! Perfect place for us to stop for a quiet night but still close enough to the city to enjoy the sites. 10/10!

All the reviews pretty much are accurate. Stayed for a day to go to concert at MetLife. Everything looked like in the pictures. Very clean. The bed was so comfortable!! The only “issue” was the parking like other reviews mention but not that bad found parking at 11:30ish at night no problem. Other than that, everything was perfect, definitely recommend.

Aida's residence was stunning and conveniently located near Met Life Stadium and New York City. Aida's home was tidy, the beds were cozy, and the overall ambiance was lovely, complemented by her exceptional hosting skills! We will definitely return.

I had a quiet time, the place was really clean, I have nothing to complain about. It’s a 10/10.

We were visiting the NYC with kids and grandma, staying 3 nights in this lovely house. This house offers a great deal. The bedrooms are spacious (compared to typical hotel rooms in NYC). The whole house is very clean. The location is convenient. One day we drove to the MET(about 50 minutes), the other day we drove to the NJ Path station (16 minutes) and took the train to World Trade Center (about 20 minutes). Mina is a great host. She is always responsive and kind.

I absolutely loved this place! It was beautiful both inside and out, with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The area itself is stunning, and the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly—truly went above and beyond to meet all my needs. My entire experience here was nothing short of beautiful and memorable. I would definitely go here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

First let me say that Nestor and his wife are beautiful, welcoming people who I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking to. The place is immaculately clean. Everything was easy to find in the unit and I wanted for nothing. I was able to make my own meals and felt like I was at a resort. The bathroom was squeaky clean and the shower water was HOT how I like it! The neighborhood is very safe with kind people. The commute to New York was extremely easy and only 15 minutes via bus from the location. I will definitely be back and recommend this place as an alternative to staying in NYC. Well worth what was paid. Nestor was able to tell me how to commute to the city and where I could find stores. He is extremely responsive.

Had a wonderful stay at Marcelo's place. He was always responsive to questions about anything and very quick to respond to any issues in the property. I liked that it was very close to the bus stop for the bus to New York City (Port Authority Bus Terminal). There is a shared full kitchen if you want to use it for breakfast or cooking meals. And also shared washer and dryer which is luxury.

Patty was a great host! She was having issues with AC a couple of days before I was to arrive and reached out to me to let me know she was on it, and would be doing what she could to make our stay close comfortable, and she did. She also checked in to make sure it was working. The house was very clean and comfortable. I brought a team of employees for an event and we all enjoyed the back deck and yard. Highly recommend!

Jason's home was the perfect place for my extended family to spend quality time together. The bedrooms are all comfortable and spacious, allowing everyone privacy when they want it. And the common areas are large with ample seating, providing plenty of space to gather as a group. Jason is an incredibly thoughtful host; he communicated proactively and responded quickly to all of our questions. I highly recommend Jason's home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect location. Proximity to St. Johns University for our son's graduation was ideal. Apartment was just what we needed for a couple of days. Plenty of restaurants and shopping etc in the area. Fa Rui was very attentive, informative and quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Great house!

Our family spent an idyllic 4 days at Pickle Farm!! Gorgeous surroundings, beautiful historic farmhouse with modern updates. We did not want for anything! Communications with host and property manager were perfect. I would go back this weekend if I could!! (Whoever is there in the next week will be treated to a spectacular show of daffodils and tulips!!)

We had such a wonderful stay at Alex’s house with our toddlers and family! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The game room was a huge hit — we spent hours playing together and making great memories. We also loved the cozy outdoor fireplace, the grill for family meals, and of course, the hot tub, which was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Alex was a fantastic host, very responsive and thoughtful. We’d absolutely love to come back!

Thoughtfully appointed and centrally located just blocks from campus, this home was the ideal stay for our short visit. We especially appreciated the nice quality bath products and small touches throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend. It’s just outside the city for quiet privacy and space, but super fast to get to the city. We took the path train and another day the ferry. Way better than staying in a tiny, expensive hotel.

Great property! David was prompt in responding and helped us get familiar with the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning trips to New York or New Jersey.

We stayed for a week in May and had a wonderful stay. The condo was exactly as described. Laurie was very responsive and answered all of our questions to make the stay more enjoyable. The condo is within walking distance of most things in Hoboken and very convenient to the Hoboken train station for going into NYC. Overall a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Holly and Dan’s flat in Hoboken. Very clean, spacious, had all the necessary ameneties. Everything was super comfortable. There had been some reviews about loud noise but we found it nice and quiet, no disturbances at all. It was super easy and quick to get into Manhattan but also, Hoboken was very cute and nice to explore. There are some great NY skyline views from the local park. Highly recommend if you want to avoid high prices in Manhattan and have a nice comfortable stay! Thanks Holly and Dan for opening up such a beautiful home!

Its the best choice, and we keep on saying it!!! Definitely will come back if we are come back to NY. Krit is super friendly, she allow us to leave the bag which is very rare happen on other host. Very fast respond on all questions. And you will get everything exactly same with the picture, i even feel better in real. Super love it !!!
