An oasis of serenity. Handled a family easily and the pool and air conditioning was a major plus with the amazing views from every angle. We will go every year.

Alloggio perfetto per la nostra compagnia. Il fulcro della vacanza si è svolto sotto il porticato spazioso con una tavola immensa, un barbecue da 10 e una doccia all'aperto utilissima sotto un ulivo. La cosa più bella è che abbiamo trovato un nuovo Amico, il Sig. Alberto. Più che disponibile, si potrebbe definire il collante della compagnia. Grandi mangiate e racconti davanti a del buon vino. Massimo is a fantastic host. Directions to the villa were easy to follow. Communication was excellent. The villa is literally on a beautiful beach. The views from the bedrooms and lounge are amazing. The villa was clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you needed. We hope to stay again Thanks Massimo.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern. Es ist ein sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Haus mit viel Platz. Die Kommunikation zu Francesca hat immer bestens geklappt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt, kann das outdoor Jakuzzi nur gegen Aufpreis benutzt werden. Das Internet hatte während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht funktioniert. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen Ort gelegen. Die Strände von Chia sind mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Im Haus befinden sich zahlreiche Vorschläge für Restaurants, Ausflüge etc. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir können das Haus bestens weiter empfehlen.

Massimo est un Hôte exceptionnel ! Nous avons rencontré quelques problèmes indépendants de Massimo, et il a toujours été disponible par mail voir physiquement sur place. C'est une personne chaleureuse, accueillante qui n'a qu'une obsession : Votre confort Merci Massimo ... car nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans un environnement calme et superbe. En avril la mer est encore froide mais les paysages sont somptueux, et la plage à 70 m du gîte est un petit bijoux. Allez aussi voir les plages du côté de Chia ... un vrai petit paradis ! Bonne saison Massimo ... Au plaisir de se revoir peut être un jour Cordialement

Giovanni, Franca e Beniamino sono persone meravigliose. La loro casa vacanza è semplicemente perfetta per ogni tipo di attività da vacanza ricercata. Oltre alla loro più che completa struttura, chi decide di optare per questa casa vacanza ha tutto il necessario per godersi il tempo speso nel meraviglioso posto da loro organizzato con la beltà negli occhi. Alles super: Tolle Aussicht, sehr saubere und top ausgestattete Wohnung, sehr freundliche Kommunikation und easy Check-in. Man kann u.a. eine Küstenwanderung unternehmen. Nebida liegt an einer Panoramastraße und dort ist ein „Belvedere“, somit ist tagsüber einiges an (Fahr-)Betrieb.

abbiamo trascorso dei piacevoli giorni in questa grande villa immersa nel verde.Dalla descrizione non immaginavo fosse così grande e spaziosa sia la villa che il giardino. il contesto del villaggio è molto bello e rilassante.Tutti i comfort indicati erano presenti, l host mi ha procurato il seggiolone e l asse da stiro su richiesta e ci ha permesso di fare il check out più tardi. l'unico disagio è stato il supermercato raggiungibile a piedi ancora chiuso.

Una casa tenuta con amore e cura. Stefania e il papà Gabriele sono due persone precise e disponibili. Il posto è meraviglioso sia per chi ama la spiaggia e gli scogli. Siamo stati benissimo.

This is a beautiful house, walking distance to the beach! We loved the garden and it was a perfect stay for our 1.5 year old.

It was a great experience. We had tje beach close to the house in a quiet neighborhood with bigger cities also not that far away. The house has everything one needs, we'll visit again

Soggiorno perfetto! Chiara è un’host molto disponibile e sempre pronta a rispondere subito a ogni richiesta. L’appartamento è in una posizione ideale, a due passi dal mare, il che rende tutto ancora più comodo e piacevole. L’arredamento è curato nei minimi dettagli, in perfetto stile “casa di mare”, accogliente e rilassante. È stato davvero come sentirsi a casa. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit im schönen Haus von Gloria verbracht und empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter! Das Haus ist geräumig, geschmackvoll und schön renoviert. Die 5 Zimmer sind gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Zwei gepflegte Bäder und ein WC, alles renoviert und sehr sauber. Auf der Terrasse steht ein sehr grosser Tisch, der Platz für alle bietet. Der Garten ist wunderschön, Pinien und südländischen Pflanzen, Liegestühle und Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Und genügend Platz für Autos hinter dem Haus. Eine Aussendusche mit Warmwasser - so angenehm! Zum sauberen Sandstrand sind es nur etwa 200 Schritte. Das Meer war Ende September/anfangs Oktober immer noch warm, und es hatte wenig Leute am Strand. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge über dem Meer - wunderschöne Stimmung am Strand und im Garten! Das Wlan ist leider nicht unbegrenzt - für eine grosse Gruppe wie die unsere eine Herausforderung ;) Gloria hat jeweils sehr rasch geantwortet.

Fin dal check-in si sono premurati di venirci incontro avendo due bambini piccoli. La villa, il giardino, il terrazzo, la vicinanza dal mare raggiungibile in pochi secondi sono superiori all’aspettativa, le foto non riescono a rendere giustizia allo splendido contesto. I proprietari presenti al piano di sotto si sono dimostrati gentili, disponibili e riservati fino a offrirci un delizioso maialino allo spiedo l’ultima sera. Torneremo senz’altro quanto prima, grazie!

Helemaal tot rust komen in een heerlijk afgelegen plekje met een prachtig zicht midden in de natuur op slecht een paar minuten rijden van het strand. Toplocatie!

Angelo hatte uns schon im Vorfeld kontaktiert und uns eine genaue Anfahrtsbeschreibung geschickt - so war die Unterkunft schnell und einfach zu finden. Angelo war persönlich vor Ort und hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns die Unterkunft gezeigt und alles erklärt. Darüberhinaus hat er uns nützliche Tipps wie z.B. Sehenswürdigkeiten (Tropfsteinhöhlen), schöne Strände, Wanderungen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gegeben. Er ist ein aktiver, umweltbewusster und zukunftsorientierter Vermieter der uns seine Pläne im Bezug auf die Um- und Neugestaltung seiner Vermietobjekte erklärt hat. Er macht den benötigten Strom und das warme Wasser mit autarker Solarenergie und stellt die Küchen zusehends vom, im Moment üblichen, Gasherd auf Elektroherde bzw. Kochfelder um,was natürlich die Sicherheit und den Energieverbrauch verbessert. Es war alles so wie beschrieben und Angelo ist für uns der Inbegriff eines kundennahen, serviceorientierten und freundlichen Vermieters! Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine grossartige Zeit in der Unterkunft von Aldo. Das Haus ist toll und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Pool vor der Haustür ist ein echter Eyecatcher. Uns hat es sehr gefallen! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft :-)

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. Consigliato a chi vuole passare qualche giorno staccando completamente dalla propria quotidianità. Francesco e Giulia

Le logement de Nicola et Rita était simplement superbe!!! La vue est splendide et c'est un réel plaisir de commencer et de finir la journée sur la terrasse car les nombreuses balades, visites aux alentours nous ont fait beaucoup bouger les journées passées à Nebida... Les 2 chambres à l'étage sont belles et on s'y sent, et on y dort, très bien. C'est un excellent point de chute pour découvrir la sauvage et magnifique Costa Verde tout en restant proche de l'aéroport d'Algero. Nous vous conseillons ce logement sans hésitation !

l'alloggio di Veronica si distingue per la quantità e la qualità della dotazione in generale, cucina, biancheria, c'è davvero tutto quello che serve. la lavastoviglie è un plus, molto gradito. il patio è perfetto per chi ama vivere all'aperto, le tendine sottili per la privacy sono perfette. il tendone che copre il cortiletto tiene fuori un po di calore. la posizione in altura rende difficile andare al mare a piedi se non si ha una buona gamba ma porta spesso una gradevole brezza, impagabile. la vista sulla laguna è splendida, il parcheggio, praticamente davanti a casa, spesso all'ombra di un pino. che dire poi della zona, strepitosa per le spiagge bianche e una vegetazione ricca e selvaggia. spero davvero di poter tornare!

L'appartamento è molto comodo, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Splendida spiaggia a 5 minuti a piedi, luogo molto tranquillo e silenzioso, ideale per rilassarsi. Consigliato

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️

I would definitely recommend this villa, such a great location, 5 min walk to the beach and the little supermarket was just around the corner. The garden was kept beautifully and the view was stunning. We will definitely be back.
