Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Santa Ynez

Was a perfect stay! His welcome packet was thorough and answered everything we needed. Would happily stay again.

My wife and I stayed for five nights. It was just what we needed! The place was comfortable, quaint, and a seven minute walk to the beach. Our host, Violeta, had provided us with very clear instructions and a thorough list of recommended restaurants in the area. Her place was well stocked and tastefully decorated. Having filtered water available was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed the quiet street and all the bird songs filling the air as we walked between the house and the beach. In the past, when we had made our yearly coastal vacation, we had stayed at a beachside resort further north above Monterey. Our stay in Oceano was more affordable, felt to be at a slower pace and more remote. It was a wonderful change.

John has mastered the art of hosting. He doesn’t just provide the essentials; he anticipates needs you didn’t even know you had. Luxurious linens? Check. Fully stocked kitchen? Of course. But then come the dream touches: a welcome basket with local treats, high-end toiletries, a curated guide to hidden gems in the area, and even a Bluetooth speaker already paired and ready to go. The space itself is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort—like someone took a five-star resort and infused it with the warmth and personality of a home designed for making memories. Every corner felt intentional, every detail added joy. This is not just a place to stay—it’s part of the vacation. We left already dreaming of our next visit. Great place in a great location. Kimmy's place was very clean, VERY well stocked, like a lived in home. The kitchen has more than the usual, she provided bathroom amenities, including disposable razors, tiny Toothpastes, and quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. The added leisure amenities were also a huge plus. Us 7 adults made use of all the gameroom games as well as the hot tub, bbq and we even made s'mores on the fire pit. (which she even had sticks for!) Plenty of room in a great quite location, walking distance to the pismo beach entrance. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful surroundings! Big space for our entire family. Loved the huge kitchen/living area on the main level. Games and puzzles in another room for the kids! Great house and property!

This Airbnb is fantastic and has goats! Michele was super helpful with a flexible check in and information when water wasn't supposed to be consumed from the tap. This location is so close to the downtown area and even closer to the Portuguese Hall of Arroyo Grande. Thank you Michele!

Tia’s house is great and well kept. Very convenient for activities in and around Santa Barbara. 4 separate bathrooms!

This world mark location is really nice and very close to a lot of the local attractions. Will definitely think about staying here again.

If I could leave 6 stars, I would! The entire complex was recently renovated, and this unit specifically was beautifully remodeled with high-end finishes and furnishings. It feels like luxury boutique hotel! An assortment of complimentary snacks and beverages was a thoughtful touch, and on Sunday, we enjoyed the free on-site yoga. The hosts seem to have thought of everything to elevate the experience. The location is a peaceful neighborhood that’s an easy 10-15 minute drive from Santa Barbara’s central attractions.

Great spot! Would return in a heartbeat. Modern and cozy beach bungalow with a private garden and fireplace. Everything was clean and modern and updated design wise and nice. The only thing I could say is be careful with the firepit! The propane lets out quite a bit more gas into the pit than you'd expect and could be a problem when lowering the match to start it. Also - light from the outside in. All and all one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at! Well worth the money. Great hosts.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as beautiful as the pictures and we loved being able to walk to the main drag with tons of restaurants and coffee shops in Montecito, as well as Butterfly beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and kept the windows/doors open in the afternoon for the fresh ocean breeze and enjoyed cooking dinner at the house one of the nights. The jacuzzi was lovely.

Super dreamy! Spacious and super clean. The location is the best in SB! 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks from the funk zone and State Street. The back yard patio was incredible. With Sonos speakers, multiple heaters and fire pit, and large dining table, we had the most amazing and private dining experience amidst SB’s charming architecture and well landscaped setting. The hosts were very prompt to our inquiries and accommodating to our requests. Both bedrooms feel like master suites, each with their own en suite bathroom and shower. The parking was easy with 1 off street and 1 parking permit. The kitchen had all the wares and equipment you need for gourmet cooking experiences. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Beautiful well kept property. Location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was a further walk to shops and restaurants but doable (we much preferred being closer to the beach) It was nice to have our dog with us both at the apartment and the beach. 3 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 4 beach towels were available for use. We appreciated the cleanliness and the kitchen seemed well stocked (we didn’t cook during our visit) The only thing that would’ve made our stay better is a mattress topper on the queen bed to make it a little softer because the mattress is very firm. We highly recommend staying here!

We so enjoyed the lodging and the location can’t be beat. Close proximity to the beach, downtown, and great coffee. Beautifully decorated rooms that popped with color made us happy.
