We loved the house! Alessandro was very friendly and responded very quickly to all messages. We highly recommend this accommodation which is very clean and beautiful!

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

House located practically on the beach ! Beautiful sea! For those who love relaxing holidays with sea view, this apartment is exceptional! Clean environment, brand new bathroom, large veranda facing the sea , induction kitchen and all comforts! Highly recommended !

This apartment is ideal for 2 Adult and 2 children. It is very well equipped with everything you need (especially the kitchen). The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and clean. We particularly appreciated the spacious outdoor area with terrace, sun lounger, sofa swing, front/parking and garden. The apartment is located in a quiet environment, just a few minutes walk from two beautiful swimming beaches. More beaches can be reached by car in 10-20 minutes. Since we were there in the fall, some of the nearby restaurants and shops had already closed, but in La Caletta there is everything you need. Efisio is very friendly, helpful, flexible and accommodating. Communication was quick and hassle-free at all times. Check-in and checkout with the lockbox were very straightforward.
