House vacation rentals in San Giovanni di Posada

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We really enjoyed at stay at Italo’s AirBnB, the apartment was pristine and includes absolutely everything you would need. Italo is a great host and has some brilliant recommendations - we really enjoyed our trip to a local beach that Italo recommended! Would absolutely recommend to anyone wishing to book. Great stay!

Antonio gave us a very warm welcome! The location and the location of the house are magical and very idyllic. We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and the house has been very lovingly decorated. Thank you for a great stay!

Luana’s house was fantastic! The property was spacious and well-equipped, with each room having its own bathroom, which added extra convenience and comfort. The good-sized washing machine was a nice bonus. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants and beautiful beaches. Luana was very responsive whenever any issues arose, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time!

We loved Luca's place! Everything was clean, the kitchen very well equipped and the location with the view was unique 😍 We would come back any time. The special highlight is the two Dobby and Charlie, whom we have very much in our hearts.

This villa was such a find! Even nicer than the photos, in a lovely quiet spot but very accessible. Less than 10 minutes drive to characterful San Teodoro and several idyllic beaches, with amazing views of mountains or sea in every direction. Even at the end of April it was warm and sunny enough to swim in the pool/sea (for a Brit anyway!) and not at all busy on the beaches. The house was well-equipped, with comfortable beds and two good-sized modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the luxury of the pool, which was really well maintained. Luca was a great host who communicated everything we needed to know before our stay and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Thank you so much. Sardinia is beautiful - we don’t normally stay anywhere more than once but might be tempted back here!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! La Tourmaline is a beautiful home. The landscape is amazing, beautiful sea views, it's a nice place to stay and it's extremely quiet, only the birdsong woke us up. Accommodation to recommend to those looking for tranquility and beautiful scenery, while being close to the center of the village by car. Lots of good restaurants around the area and beautiful beaches. The car is necessary to get around. We loved our stay and were sad to have to leave! Thanks for everything to Alessandra who is a very friendly host and who had planned some much appreciated food to start our stay.

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

This was a perfect rustic guest house in a gorgeous valley. The host was helpful and gracious.

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

That was a lovely stay. The cottage is charming, in a beautiful neighborhood. Boulders and old trees around the house. The square around the house is well-maintained. Lovely beach getaway! The ocean is basically in the backyard and the area was perfect.

Absolutely beautiful property with lovely thought into the decor and finishes. The views and outside space were ideal, with a large balcony and landscaped pool area. Clean, quiet and very relaxing. The house was beautifully finished with everything you could need and a very well equipped kitchen. We loved the tiled bathrooms and rain shower. Located about a 10/15 minute drive from many beaches, restaurants, ports. A car is needed but also easy to arrange local taxis. Communication was super easy and informative. A massive thankyou to the local host who was very welcoming and made us homemade Tiramsu and pasta! Highly recommend this beautiful property. Excellent for a relaxing group or family holiday. Hope to be back!

Sole's house is even more beautiful than what's shown in the photos. It was spotless when we got there and it was nice to find water and some sweet things that got us after the long trip, The location is perfect for touring emerald coast by car and beautiful and easily accessible beaches are very close, Shops of all kinds are 3 min drive Everything was spotless! Thank for having us!

We spent wonderful days and enjoyed the apartment with all your amenities very much. The view is fantastic, the apartment was very clean at the time of handover and you felt right at home.

We had a great time. Matteo sent us recommendations before the start of the trip and inquired directly after arrival if everything was okay. The property is very spacious and super clean. In the village there are some delicious restaurants, but the house is more on a quiet street. The beach in the place had nice water and was not too crowded when we were there at the end of September. To check out, his warm mom Monica even brought us local pastries. We had a great stay :)

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. We had a lovely few days in this pretty cottage. It was well placed to walk to the beach. The area was peaceful. Gina was very helpful and her flexibility over check in was much appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend.

A place with a captivating view of the sea and a nearby island. You can spend your entire vacation on this deck. Private garden. Near several beaches belonging to the resort, hot water, sand, a portion of the bottom with stones. Great place for a 2+2 or 2+3 family. You can use a car or a willingness to walk in a beautiful neighborhood - shops and a nearby harbor are about 1.5 km away. Extremely helpful host. We came for a few days for a full-day rest and we were surprised by the lack of a shop in the immediate area. Maria Rosa offered to drive us to the store and wait for us to shop for a few days. Thanks to the rest of the stay, we were able to spend a carefree rest.
