Monthly Rentals in Sacramento River

We were heading to Chico state. We searched for accommodations and came across this Airbnb. Booking was easy. Angelleyna sent very detailed instructions about directions, check in, and access. We arrived and were very impressed with the home. The property is beautiful!!! A very impressive Koi pond with several amazing fish. The home decor is incredible as well! I only wish we had more time to enjoy this property. I hope for our next visit to Chico that Angelleyna will have us again!

Amazing!! The place was not only in great conditions but it was so aesthetically pleasing that it was very homey and comfortable. Check in was super easy. The place had everything we needed. The hosts were really quick to respond and very nice to communicate with! It was amazing! Highly recommend it.

I love staying here. I grew up in Chico and have always loved the idea of apartments in downtown. And now I'm able to stay in one when I come visiting. Ive stayed in 2 and 3 and hoping next time I can stay in #1 that overlooks the street. The bnb' s have everything you need, very comfortable and absolutely worth checking out the next time you need a place to stay. Corinn.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We go to Chico often, and this place was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — we walked downtown every night. After morning runs at Bidwell Park, coming back to relax in the sauna was such a bonus. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Chico, thanks Tom!
