This was our third time staying with Sondra. Very cozy, has everything you need for a little getaway. Love the hot tub, and the sound of the creek is just so peaceful. Thanks again for another memorable trip.

We really enjoyed our time at the Peppermint Cottage. It was freezing cold and snowy when we got there and it made us feel instantly warm and cosy when we walked in and a fire was already going in that beautiful fireplace! It was a quiet and peaceful location, and we enjoyed a quiet nights rest. Thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

What a fantastic place! Perfect for our family! Franks had alll the amenities we needed at the right price! Lakefront, plenty of space, boats to play in, and a hot tub with a great view!!!!!

Easy to get to and check in. More cost effective than a hotel and my employees that stayed appreciated the home like feeling. 10/10 recommend!

we love staying at Erica's cottage! we stay here every trip to Candigua because of the location, peaceful neighbor, and convenience of all the special touches Erica has in the cottage to make staying their with our dogs a breeze. we can't imagine staying anywhere else. A beautiful home in quiet neighborhood with amazing water views. Large, spacious rooms. Comfortable seating & dining areas both with walls of windows to enjoy the lake views. Short walk to local beach & close to town for shopping, restaurants, entertainment & park. House is just as described & host is quick to respond with answers to any questions. Excellent place to stay for vacation.

Beautiful lake view. Our weather was not as nice as I hoped but we were able to sit outside and enjoy the water view for some of our stay. Nice to sit in the dining room and look out the large windows with a cup of coffee. Cheryl was very responsive to any questions we had. I imagine the landscaping is beautiful in the summer. We were visiting just as spring was starting so nothing lush or green yet.

We had wonderful time on Gibbs Point! The house and location were just what we were needed. We loved being on the bay with Lake Ontario just a few hundred yards away. We spent a lot of time on water (having kayaks SUPs and a canoe available was amazing). Our teenage kids played ball and frisbee games in the lawn. We cooked delicious meals and ate on the deck. The house was so comfortable and clean.

Can’t say enough good things about Leyla’s Canandaigua townhouse! Check in couldn’t have been easier. The place itself was light and spacious, the furniture and mattress very comfortable. The vibe and décor are relaxing and beachy without being cliché. And very important, the townhouse was super clean. The lake view from the balcony deck was incredible – we enjoyed sitting with coffee and soaking in the vitamin D early in the day, and happy hour before dinner while looking out at peaceful Lake Canandaigua. This place has everything – the owner goes above and beyond with “extras,” too! We found two excellent restaurants nearby that we highly recommend, both just a short drive from the townhouse: Prosecco in Farmington and Nolan’s in Canandaigua. We highly recommend this townhouse - we’ll plan a future trip for the summer. Thank you, Leyla!

Jonathan's place was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and miscellaneous items. We visited in the winter, so we didn't get to experience much of the outside but it looks like it would be incredible in the summer. As a host, Jon was great and very accommodating to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and are considering coming back.

Beautiful lake views! Pluses: This house is located on a hill across the street from Canandaigua Lake with a boathouse right on the water. 4 bedrooms, 21/2 baths. The house was clean and neat, and the host was always responsive. There is an indoor hot tub in a beautiful back room (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). The house is a pleasant short drive to downtown Canandaigua. Things to note: Unique layout due to the octagonal shape of the house. There is a circular staircase in the middle of the house, but the upper area can also be accessed from the back door at the top of the driveway. There are a lot of rules, but they were easy enough to follow. Security deposit is required, which I have found is not typically the case with Airbnb’s. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Had a lovely weekend at Amy's lake house. Brought my dad and toddler. There was lots to do - many games, books, etc. Great little restaurants, apple farms, and other things to do within 15 min drive. My son really liked visiting a large animal rescue farm (Cracker Box Palace). Enjoyed the scenery and the property was so peaceful. We rarely saw another person. It does get cold in the evenings so bring thick socks/slippers. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen was super well equipped. We hope to return some day!

We had a wonderful stay hanging out near the rivers edge. We were provided with ample firewood and smores as a welcome gift :) very thoughtful. We look forward to coming back during summer to do some kayaking

Jason’s cozy bungalow had everything we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway from Rochester- quiet and peaceful setting with a view of Honeyoye Lake at the end of the street, a perfectly appointed kitchen, and all the little details we loved about the listing. I can imagine it’s even better in the summer! The home was spotless when we arrive so we could get right to relaxing. Definitely recommend .

We had a wonderful stay. Lucas‘s house was very clean and had plenty of supplies. There was plenty of room for five of us. It never felt crowded. The view of the lake was beautiful. Sitting out by the fire-pit at night was nice. The neighborhood was very quiet. Lucas was great at communicating. We loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed at Stephanie & Kishan's adorable cottage while visiting family for the weekend. The cottage is well cared for, has a beautiful big deck (which we couldn't use due to the rain). It's very quiet and in a great location for all of the areas activities. We hope to come back again soon and get to enjoy the lake and area. Next time we are hopeful for sunshine.

When we arrived at the cottage, we felt right at home, I think even our dog felt the same way. Everything was so clean with no clutter. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Wish the weather was a bit warmer to enjoy the porch, but the wall of windows helped a lot to be able to view the lake and all the sunrises. I can't say enough for Jennifer. She even texted us to have a safe trip there and was always available to answer any questions we had. She is amazing. Would love to plan another stay at her cottage, and maybe we will be able to soon. Thank you, again, for sharing your cottage with us.

We were enchanted by Dans lake house. And found it worth every penny. The bed is comfortable, heater works great and the scene is very laid back. The hotels in the area seem to be of the same roadhouse quality, and we are very happy that the cottage was exactly as described. If one is to pay for a hotel it only makes sense to give to an individual instead of a thankless corporation. It is now on our list and we plan on utilizing his chefs table service in the future. Great location and had all the essentials we could need!

This was a beautiful beach front cottage that was perfect for our family. Host was A+ There were fresh flowers in vases throughout the house. I loved that, thank you!!! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
