Nestled amongst the trees and located just 2 miles from beautiful Higgins Beach and just 5 miles to Portland, this recently renovated, sparkling clean, bright, private, stunning cottage is waiting just for you! Your private entrance is just steps away from your parked car. The cottage is 16 x 20 so it's super cozy! We live on the property (so we're here if you need us) but you are 100 feet from us, way out in the backyard. (It's private!) Our location is perfect for your Maine vacation!

Efficient kitchen area with fridge, stove, and microwave for preparing small meals. Wifi and TV equipped with a streaming device. Perfect place for one or two people who will spend most of their time enjoying our local trails, beaches, and restaurants before returning to this comfortable and quiet space.

Beautiful 750 square foot in-law apartment with private entrance. Full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen (including dishwasher), washer/dryer, and garage parking. Free wi-fi, cable, and Netflix included! All essentials included in addition to beach towels, chairs, table & cooler for the beach. Private patio includes a grill for use as well (weather permitting). Great location - 10 minutes to downtown Portland, 15 minutes to multiple beaches, 5 minutes to mall & restaurants.

We are a bikeable 1.5 miles to the Saco beaches and an easy 5 minute drive to the bustle of Old Orchard Beach, or you can avoid it completely. This bright guest studio is steps from the Greenbelt Walkway. Walk (within 10 mins) to two lighthouses, Willard beach, Bug Light Park, Scratch Bakery, Willard Scoops ice cream and a variety of restaurants. Portland is an 8 minute drive or 20 minute bike over the bridge. The space is minimal, bright and airy with windows surrounding, an elevated bed with comfy queen mattress, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and cozy couch for lounging.
